Beautiful 1st floor unit just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean

Zzz's By The Sea is our vacation home we purchased in 2019, we are excited to share our piece of paradise with our guests. We are located on the first floor. There is no need to wait for elevators to reach our unit. Just steps from the front door are the majestic Atlantic Ocean and indoor pool. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets are abundant. We are located near the pointe in Cherry Grove. Far enough away to avoid the crowds but close to all the attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

There is a comfortable king-size mattress, which will already be made when you walk in the bedroom. There is a well stocked kitchen, with a Kerig, blender, mixer, and some kids' plates. The bathroom was redone in 2021, which includes a removable handheld shower and a handheld hair blow dryer under the sink. Washer and dryer and iron. There is a 65-inch smart tv in the living room and 50-inch smart tv in the bedroom, both with Netflix installed to browse movies and tv shows. We have swicthes labeled for your convenience and extra outlet plugs by the beds. Very convenient parking. Access to condo with no steps. We supply linens, including beach towels and cleaning products.

Our unit is always professional cleaned after our departure and after each guest.
We do bring our fur babies with us to enjoy the beach, as do many other owners (our building does not allow renters to bring pets). Those with pet allergies may be affected.

We would love to share our piece of paradise with you, so you can enjoy the beach as much as we do. We try to have all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing.
