Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
At Check out we kindly ask you gather all the used towels, used bedding and leave them in the laundry closet (No need to start the washing machine)
Pick all the trash and place it in the main Trash in the garage. Check out is at 10am. Be sure to turn all the lights off and leave the garage door opener hanging by the front door.
Lock the Front door only DO NOT LOCK THE GARAGE DOOR and close the Garage door before leaving!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
