Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay. It was our pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back sometime in the future!
Nice place. Could use some towel racks in the guest bathrooms and there’s this one bedroom light switch located for no apparent reason outside in the hall about four feet from the door. Beyond that the owners are gracious and they know their property. Highly recommend and put someone you do t like that much in the aforementioned bedroom for a bonus at no extra charge!
We loved our stay. There was so much space to relax and the beauty of the surroundings Sonoran desert always inspires me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have told other members of my family to come here when we visit our hometown.

Tucson view
Beautiful and quiet spot. Large windows for great views of Tucson. Quite relaxing.
We spent 4 nights visiting our Wildcat son. We loved the property’s location, floor plan, laundry & pool. It is overall a little dated but we knew this based on listing photos. The story behind the property is touching. Would stay here again.
House had everything we needed for our stay. Three nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite is huge. Pool is small but clean. Great location in the foothills. Easy to get to U of A Campus.

Exceeded expectations
We found the home to be very clean and well appointed. Pictures are accurate. Home has an open feel. Well located. Very good privacy. Nice neighborhood. Lovely private surrounding.
We had a great experience. Check-in was easy and the property has a great view of the University and Downtown Tucson.
Very close to restraunts and grocery stores.
Couple of opportunities for improvement. Add a recycling bin as well as a propane grill.
Great property!!

Great Tucson location
Second time staying at this property. Great location close to campus, foothills and restaurant. Immediate response from property manager when we had a question. Kitchen has staples like spices, olive oil, etc. Note bathrooms just have toilet paper and hand soap - you need to bring everything else. We would go back again.
Lovely home with magnificent views of distant city and mountains with close-up views of Palo Verde, Saguaro and palm trees in immediate neighborhood.Good size guest bedroom and bath with additional bedroom and bath on that wing of the house. Huge primary bedroom and bath with TV fireplace, large walk-in closet and exit door to pool deck. Some good shade on deck in the afternoon along the fence. Good views of sunset across the vegetated neighborhood.

Awesome space in perfect location
Even the stroppy teenager was taken aback when we walked through the front door. This is a spectacular property, beautifully presented and generously equipped (our pianist/guitarist was delighted!)Responsive and accommodating hosts, peaceful surroundings, a pool to cool down from the heat of the day and soak up the sunset… what more could we ask from a pied-à-terre while combining UofA move-in week with a family vacation. This was perfect.
Overall an awesome place. A couple suggestions. Grill tools and maybe some pool noodles/floaty. Alot of debris blew out of the vent by the kitchen and dining room table. I had to sweep it up for a couple if days and then it was fine.
Fantastic week in a lovely home, in late March. Three couples stayed all week. The house was clean, well laid out with a private master suite, with huge bathroom in its own wing. The other two bedrooms each also have their own bathrooms. The full bedroom is smaller, but still fine for a couple that doesn’t mind the smaller bed.Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything- including paper products & tin foil etc.Pool is unheard, but if weather is warm, I’m sure it would warm up.Back deck area was large & because it backs to the wash we saw lots of birds. Driveway is huge & we were able to park two travel trailers, two trucks & a sprinter camper van, It was a bit of jenga moving them in - but it worked great for us!

Needs some TLC
Visited in May 2023.
Very large and peaceful. It is located within walking distance of a few restaurants. Good location.
Bedrooms:(3) There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds (the trundle in the one of the bedrooms) Room for 7 in beds.
Bathrooms: Towels in the 2 smaller bedrooms were stained and no garbage cans. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided.
Laundry Room: Washer is very old and sounds like it is on its last legs.
Kitchen: Unorganized. No garbage bags provided. Spatula was broken. Cookware was scarce and needs to be replaced.
Living area: Very spacious and welcoming for a larger party.
Outdoor Pool area: Great view of Tucson. Patio furniture is old and scarce. Pool vacuum was left hooked up to the filter the entire stay. Called upon arrival to let management know the pool was dirty. They sent a service, but did not clean the pool and left the vacuum hooked up.
Overall: Could be a great place to stay with a some maintenance and organization.
Excellent gathering place for our extended family, in Tucson for a wedding. Accommodated almost 20 for happy hour and dinner! The home was well and beautifully equipped. Would rent this again.
We were in town for a reunion and the property was perfectly situated for all our events, with plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the view out over Tucson and the comfortable conversational space. Would definitely stay again!
Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds, first and foremost, we’re all comfy. The kitchen was well appointed and all you would need to cook in. The outside area was nice with great views. I’d definitely stay again.
Everything was great! We really enjoyed the location. Secluded and private and still close to all the things you need to have. Food, shopping, great restaurants. Home was very nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the weekend for my wife’s birthday and I did most of the cooking. Love how open the living areas and kitchen are. Master suite was stunning with private spa bathroom. Massive closets and out back pool access. Loved everything about it.
