Neighborhood Conduct and House Rules:

2. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and must be complied without exception.
3. Disrupting neighbors’ tranquility or invading common or private areas of adjacent properties is strictly forbidden. Guests are not allowed to cross property lines or enter areas not belonging to the rented premises.
4. Smoking of any kind (including in the pool and patio area) is strictly prohibited on the property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
1. Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. onward. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
2. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Any alternative arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
These times must be strictly respected. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will result in additional charges.
Property:
1. It is strictly prohibited to dispose of solid objects, wet wipes, or any item that may obstruct the plumbing system and affect the proper functioning of the water system in the toilet. Guests are kindly asked to use the waste bins located in each bathroom and kitchen on the property.
2. Throwing trash, food scraps, or any other type of waste into the pool or its surrounding areas is strictly prohibited.
3. A maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked in the designated area at the front of the property.
4. No more than 11 people (including guests and visitors) are permitted on the property at any time.
Pets:
1. Maximum number of pets allowed: 2, each weighing less than 10 kg (20 lb).
2. The presence of more than two pets, or any pet exceeding the weight limit, is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is granted by Bonum Home LLC. For each additional pet or for any pet exceeding the 10 kg (20 lb) limit (previously approved by Bonum Home LLC), an additional fee of $25 will apply.
4. The use of sheets, towels, or any bedding to dry or accommodate pets is strictly prohibited.
5. Guests must bring their own supplies for their pets’ sleeping and feeding needs.
6. Any stains, damage, or deterioration caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest listed on the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $75, subject to increase based on damage severity.
7. Pets must not be left alone inside the property without supervision.
8. Guests are required to clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly in sealed bags placed inside the designated trash container.
10. Pets are not allowed in restricted areas such as inside the pool.
Trash Disposal
1. All trash generated must be disposed of exclusively in the designated containers:
a. Green container: general waste
b. Blue container: recyclable materials
2. All waste must be placed in properly sealed bags.
3. It is strictly prohibited to leave trash on the ground or in areas assigned to neighboring homes.
