About this property

The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, and tea, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! We really enjoyed our long weekend in Asheville. The house was in a great location. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but a close drive to everywhere we wanted to see. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay for families with kids and dogs. The property is extremely clean and well organized. The backyard has a fenced in area that was great for the dogs. No issues or complaints!

The house was particularly well equipped from the kitchen to towels. It was very comfortable, extremely clean and the hot tub was a bonus. The property manager was very available and cooperative. It was a perfect stay.

Great weekend trip with friends!

We had such a good time here. Crystal was super nice and helpful during our stay. The hot tub was fantastic after our 5.5 hr drive in the chilly mountain weather. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Asheville. Our pup also enjoyed the fenced in yard so that was a huge plus for us. The bathroom was stocked with everything you need in case you forget something and the cards against humanity game was so fun on our last night :) definitely recommend this place!!

Asheville Marathon

Proximity to New Belgium Brewing and the Asheville marathon finish line was perfect. Hole Donuts and Taco Billy are dynamite. The house is in a perfect location.

Near the River Arts district, this West Asheville cottage is well-laid out and equipped. Felt hotel-like in the attention to detail. We were able to walk to a good restaurant and café. We will come again!

Shelter from the storm

I could not be more grateful for my time at Griff's place. My dog and I had an extended stay while doing storm recovery following Hurricane Helene and his place was an absolute life saver!Overall the home was quite comfortable, with all the amenities and more. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen,easy check-in and house instructions with a dog friendly backyard. It is located on a quiet, friendly street with easy access to downtown, West Asheville and highways. It was the ideal spot to both accomplish and recover from endless days and weeks of hard work. The hot tub was a very welcome bonus!! Both Griff and Crystal made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time in Asheville.

Lovely cute cottage, they had everything we needed and more. I forgot my toothbrush and they even had cute enclosed toothbrushes. Location was perfect, artsy district which us 3 seenagers enjoyed and great restaurants within minutes of cottage. Parking more than enough Would recommend in a heartbeat.Biltmore 9 minutes away.

The mountains and music are what initially drove me to this area and I haven't looked back since. I run an insurance business but my heart lies with the love for bluegrass music playing guitar and mandolin with various groups around town. My hobbies include backpacking, camping, and exploring these Blue Ridge Mountains.

The space has recently has been remodeled and updated. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and has a 4 person hot tub. A unique place for visitors to come and stay while they explore Asheville. The neighborhood is safe and filled with families. The location is a short walk to great restaurants, breweries, and music venues. The River Arts District, downtown Asheville and Carrier Park are also right around the corner. Uber/Lyft and public transportation are readily available to make it your stay easier.
