The house was a perfect size for 2 people and a dog. The host was knowledgeable and helpful with restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely use this property again for return trips to the area.

We had an excellent stay! The location was great and the house was extremely comfortable and clean. Very thoughtfully appointed and had everything we needed. Hope to stay again next time we're in Asheville.

Cute upstairs appt home in older West Asheville. Loved the location, great easy walking distance to many good restaurants and breweries. Great for a couple traveling with small dog. Neighborhood was perfect for us, quiet, safe, and friendly. We enjoyed walking down to New Belgium with our dog a few days. Appt seemed well planned and nicely appointed for guests. House seemed neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues or problems.

This was a great place to stay! Within a 20-minute drive of major landmarks such as the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway! Definitely wanting to come back here at some point!

Communication with Jenn was open and accurate. No issues with the property although it was clean the bathroom is in need of some repairs. Kitchen, living room nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub nor cooked any meals. Very good eats a short walk away. Short drive to RAD and downtown. Great location for our visit to Asheville, Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

House has a lovely, well equipped kitchen. Lots of amenities, quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The property manager was outstanding with many suggestions of where to go and what to do.

Very comfortable and set up really well. Kitchen was well stocked with a great coffee pot. Shower was nice and hot and towels were plentiful. Beds were comfortable, we slept great!

We had a wonderful stay at this Asheville house. Its proximity to breweries and river activities was ideal for us. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. The friendly property manager greeted us warmly upon arrival.

Throughly enjoyed our accommodations including the hot tub. perfect location for our visit and a fabulous host who was very responsive and fixed an issue (pilot light out on water heater) same day. Highly recommend the property to anyone who is visiting Asheville!
