This newly furnished villa accommodates up to 4 guests with two comfortable queen beds and welcomes pets for an additional fee, making it perfect for families or couples traveling with furry friends.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and modern comforts including 55" Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, air conditioning in every room, and high-speed Starlink internet. Whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows, you're covered.

Step outside to relax in the shared pool and kids’ pool, unwind in a lounge chair, or gather under the shaded gazebo with seating. With one private parking space, a full power generator, and magical sunsets every evening, Villa Nautilus is designed for carefree comfort.

Come and enjoy the peaceful vibes, beachside living, and everything you need to feel at home in paradise.

Guests are required to electronically sign a renter's agreement and provide ID as listed on VRBO.
A security deposit hold is required prior to arrival and automatically will released 2 days after checkout unless there is any damage to the unit.
No smoking of any kind. Failure to follow this rule will automatically forfeit security deposit.
