Mostly fine. Never got the WiFi to work. Lacking any bowls for a shared dish. Farther from the beach than we elderly women would have liked. Only one other place was rented so it had a pretty empty feel. The pool wasn't used by us or anyone else. No place to sit out there.

Beautiful Location

We were in a beautiful location with an excellent view from the rooftop. Amenities were helpful and proximity to the beach was a huge plus!

A short walk from the beach! Awesome!

It was an easy check-in. They provided a cooler and two beach chairs. There is a/c down stairs and in both of the rooms. It was nice to come back at the end of the day to what felt like home.

Camino Del Mar unit#5

We had a great time staying at Camino Del Mar, it was a little dated but very clean and totally accommodating. The house was fully air conditioned and honestly in this heat it is the best aminity out there. We were literally a couple blocks from the Combate beach and the best restaurant there, Annie's Place. The beach had Marvin the chair and awning guy, who only asks for a donation to use his equipment. What a kind and generous man!! The pool area looked very nice however we never swimmed in it cuz we were beach bums. Lol. We will be back and would definitely consider Camino Del Mar if available. Maria the owner was very attentive to our communication. Getting access to the property was executed without any problems. We felt safe staying here cuz it is gated to get in and you use the remote the owner provided. The area also seemed very safe!!!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo looks exactly as shown in the pictures and it is well equipped. Location is excellent. From reserving to check-in, Maria kept in contact with me and was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was less than five minutes from the beach. The property manager responded quickly to our questions and requests Would stay there again.

Great accommodation!

This was a very large, well-equipped unit. The Roku (and wifi connection) worked perfectly. The beach chairs and table are a great bonus. There was no blender and when I asked Maria about it ( if I just didn't see it...) she had one delivered within an hour! Such service (and great smoothies after a day at the beach). The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable; the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. The location was perfect for us as we could visit many beaches and hiking trails. I would recommend it for a family, too. We were here for 12 nights.

Very nice stay

We spent 3 days in this beautiful villa. It is tastefully furnished and endowed with everything needed, though strictly the necessary. It is located very close to El Combate beach and a supermarket. Communication with Maria was good and, upon requiring, she kindly provided an early checkin. We would definitely come back!

So much potential

I will like to suggest some ideas. As I’d mentioned earlier, it would have been more pleasurable to have a gas grill. As not to make a possible mess with charcoal, we did not use. Also, we will have spent more time at the rooftop under the stars if better seating (patio furniture)were provided. For the rate, is the least to be expected.

Spacious

The property was excellent, we traveled to Puerto Rico for a family reunion in the area and we didnt want a cramped apartment this place was not that! The kids loved it snd while its jn a remote location it does have a beautiful beach and nice restaurants.

Always happy with this stay. Comfort and ease. Love being so close to the beach and Annie’s restaur.

There’s never anything lacking. Love having chairs and a table to take with us. We always buy a small cooler. But other than that everything is there.

Nice location but need some updates!

The location is wonderful and so is the townhouse. However, the upkeep of it was not to standards, as the kitchen sink water knob was broken, the beds on the first bedroom were actually futon beds and not mattress beds. I had great expectations as I drove 3.5 hours to enjoy it all. I wish Maria could have taken her time to provide better accommodations for my daughter and I to rest. The only bed was in the master bedroom and my mother was occupying it. I understand it’s a beach house but we expected what we paid for and in that sense we were dissatisfied.
