This spacious multilevel apartment is perfectly nestled on Aspen Mountain, offering direct access to the slopes in winter and scenic hiking trails in summer. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this mountain retreat combines cozy living with the convenience of resort amenities—just steps from downtown Aspen.
Spread across three levels, the residence features three bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds, which can be converted into a king upon request. This apartment is ideal for families or groups.
The inviting living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table provide the perfect setting for preparing and sharing home-cooked meals together. Super outdated. It is high up on the mountain, so walking to town is not convenient. Great gym!

The Parrish's stay at 408 Aspen Alps in late September 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Curtis prints, the pottery, the beadwork and Blue Cowgirl. The condominium was rather dark and lacked any view of Red Mountain. The furniture was uncomfortable overall. We liked the look of it but not the feel of it. We found the 500 building to be preferable to the 400 building due to previous visits. We enjoyed visiting with old friends from the seventies, driving up to Maroon Bells and Ashcroft and up the Pass. We saw the aspen leaves change from green to gold. It was a great vacation.
