This pet-friendly newly-remodeled 1916 charmer is walkable to the Pearl District, breweries, shops, & more. 3 king beds, cozy loft hideout, games, books, & TVs in every bedroom mean everyone gets their own vibe. Large backyard (Fully fenced), new front porch with seating, 2 full baths, laundry room, and space to spread out—perfect for your Tulsa getaway!

Bedroom Layout & Amenities:

King Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): King bed, TV, closet

King Bedroom 2 (Downstairs – En Suite): King bed, TV, closet, full private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and bidet

Full Bathroom 2 (Downstairs): Walk-in shower

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bed, TV, designated workspace

Bedroom 4 (Loft – Accessed Through Bedroom 3): Trundle bed
(two twin mattresses—one pulls out from underneath the other), TV, twinkle lights, and reading material

Note: The loft is accessed through the full bedroom. While it has a door, it’s a small shared space and not fully private.

Easy check-in and extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to Expo/University, Gathering place, and downtown with tons of great eating options and choices for things to do. Kids and dogs all loved the place and we will stay again.

House was very nice. Close to a lot of cool stuff. Across the highway is Roosevelts, down the street from Cabin Boys.

Good location and close to the hospital. One bedroom door did not close very well. Hot water heater seemed undersized. There was some paint/ drywall peeling near the kitchen. Other than those minor issues, was great for what we needed.
