Welcome to The Four Palms in beautiful Naples, Florida. This beautiful home boasts an open floor plan with a modern white kitchen, Italian marble floors throughout and a first floor master bedroom and large master bath with an oversized walk-in shower & soaking tub. Master suite has a very large walk-in closet & new king-sized bed with Tempur-pedic mattress. Master has private access to heated pool & hot tub under screened lanai.

The modern white kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. A blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and much more are stocked for your enjoyment. All basic necessities are supplied (renters are responsible for their own groceries).

The home has almost 2200 square feet under air and is furnished with a sophisticated modern beach decor.

Upstairs are 2 guest bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed & shared guest bath.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. are available to renters as well as his and her bicycles.

Get ready to flee the cold winters of the north for a beautiful get away in sunny Naples.

The home is located in a desirable neighborhood and only 5 miles from Naples' sandy white beaches. 5th Ave South's exquisite shops and restaurants attracts the finest of shoppers and visitors.

Highly recommend

The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool, though small, was nice & fun. Everything was as advertised. Kitchen was well equipped. The community in which the house is located is vibrant and friendly, near Publix and other stores, and only 20 minutes to downtown Naples. But over all were our hosts, David and Flavia : extremely responsive to questions and quick to correct minor issues we might have had during our 2 month stay. Outstanding hosts., thank you.

Annual trip to visit Nana and Grandad

This is another really special property. The home is modern, luxurious, and has every amenity you could want. If you like to cook you’ve got a great kitchen. There’s a pool with a hot tub. The house has tons of useful tech. The location absolutely cannot be beat - central to all of the things you could possibly want to do in and around Naples. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering this property - well-worth the money spent. We will definitely try to stay in this house again when we visit Naples next year. Thank you, David and Flavia J!!!

4 Palms is truly wonderful!

We spent January and February in this lovely home and we had a wonderful trip! The decor is beautiful and the place was as clean as it could possibly be. If you’re looking for an escape from winter, you can’t beat this sunny and charming piece of paradise. The homeowners truly thought of everything, from bikes to beach chairs. We had a wonderful time without a care in the world. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for long strolls or bike rides. Every convenience is close by, from the grocery store to the beach. Really a perfect location! David and Flávia were absolutely perfect hoemowners. Any concern we had was dealt with immediately! We are happy to call them our new friends. We felt like guests in their beautiful home. It truly couldn’t have been a better two months. We hope to be back soon!

Our family cannot thank you enough for opening this beautiful home for us. Such a relaxing stay and the pool was clean and the spa was amazing. I highly recommend this home to any family who loves to stay in a clean comfortable home. Thank you owner for this house. This house is close to the beach as well and to 5th ave.

4 Palms of Naples is the place to stay

This home is gorgeous and a great place to stay. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner’s have provided just about everything a guest would need. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. We were impressed by it all. It has a great location and it’s easy to get around. Go to the Naples Pier beach for the day. Beautiful 🏖! We also went to Celebration Park. It’s a outdoor bar and food truck area with music and beautiful views. Also make a trip to Mercato and visit Cavo Lounge for happy hour. We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and flights of Moscow Mules. Pretty area to walk around. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back again!!!

Absolutely beautiful house!

We could wait to see the house in person as the pictures on home away were so beautiful, and yes in person it's even more beautiful,! The house was very clean and it was nice to have pool, hot tub! We checked out beaches, our stay was great, we were extremely happy with our stay, couldn't ask for better owners, David and Flavia are so nice! We cant wait to go back! Thank you David and Flavia

Wonderful as in the Pictures!

We really enjoyed our holidays and one of the mainly reasons is this lovely house! It's beautiful as in the Pictures. We enjoyed every day in this house and on this beautiful terrace with the wonderful Pool, Whirlpool and Firetable. The house has a high standard and is very clean. It's also very comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners (David and Flavia) are also really kind! Thank you for everything. For sure we will come Back to this House. Sandra & Fabrizio _______________________________________________ Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und einer der Hauptgründe ist dieses schöne Haus! Es ist wirklich so schön wie wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben jeden Tag in diesem Haus und auf dieser schönen Terrasse mit dem Pool, Whirlpool und Feuertisch genossen. Das Haus hat einen hohen Standard und ist sehr sauber. Ausserdem ist es sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Besitzer (David und Flavia) sind auch sehr nett! Danke für alles. Bright and Airy

It was such a lovely home to stay in. The interior is bright, spacious and quiet while the back deck & pool are very private and relaxing! All of this within a very short, convenient drive to Naples downtown area as well as groceries, etc.....perfect place to call my "home away from home" and really lovely homeowners to deal with.

David and Flavia have been married for more than 36years. They met in Naples, Florida in the late1980s. Flavia was born and raised in Naples and David was a Naples Police Officer for several years. Today they live in IL where Flavia is a high school teacher and David is an Illinois State Trooper. They hope to retire in Naples, where they met so many years ago.

We chose this particular property because it is located in the area where Flavia grew up and has remained largely unchanged, as compared to other parts of the city. Queen's Park is conveniently located with easy access to beaches, Old Naples, 5th Ave & 3rd Street, as well as many other restaurants and shops.

The 4 Palms is decorated with a sophisticated beach decor. Brand new and custom furniture pieces have been purchased and utilized to create a relaxing atmosphere. The home offers travelers privacy from neighbors as they enjoy a heated pool and hot tub or should they choose to dine al fresco on cool winter eves. The floor plan includes a first floor master suite, which is separate from the upstairs guest bedrooms and bathroom. The master suite includes a huge walk-in closet and bathroom with a very large shower with body jets and rain-shower head as well as a soaking tub and double sinks. The master bath has a very relaxing spa feel and the master bedroom has a private entry to pool and hot tub.
