Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain situé au rez-de-chaussée est situé dans un charmant quartier au nord de Charlotte, à seulement 5 min. du lac Norman. La cuisine dispose d'un bar servant un petit salon / salle à manger idéal pour se détendre et savourer un bon repas. La chambre principale a un dressing et salle de bain principale w / douche et double vasque. La 2ème chambre est spacieuse et la 2ème salle de bain a un combo douche / baignoire. Près de l'I-77 et à quelques minutes des boutiques, restaurants et plus.

Fantastic Stay!

Great location, great neighborhood to take walks and walking distance to great restaurants. Eli was amazing to deal with and always provided a quick response. The apartment was spacious and great for our 8 month old to crawl all around. We would definitely look up this property next time we are in town.

We recently bought property and wanted to stay in the area. This condo was centrally located to so much. The area was great and so many great restaurants. The condo was spacious and provided enough space for the 4 of us. Would rent this place again.

First I’ll say the condo is very clean and comfortable. I needed to stay here to have an interim place to stay while I was in between houses when I sold and bought a new house and I truly felt at home. The community pool was extremely relaxing. The host Eli provided snacks upon our arrival and was always available whenever we needed anything. On a personal note he is also a very kind human being which is also nice to deal with in this day and age. Thank you for everything Eli!

Accessible Condo in lovely, quiet community

My in-laws, who are both quite handicapped, stayed in this rental. Eli was very helpful in adjusting the dates when we needed that, and good at responding to our concerns. It is a lovely facility. The only challenge we had was related to parking. The mobility van we rented for them had to be parked on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot, and it was not accessible for them to get to it there - too far around the building or down a set of a few stairs - which meant that we had to drive over to get them each time they wanted to go out.

What a great condo in a lovely neighborhood. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the area, especially since we had our dog. It’s very close to a greespace so it’s excellent for walking and running

A place to rest

A quiet neighborhood, great for walking and close to everything. The condo was beautiful, Clean and comfortable as pictured. Just double check about the pool, we really missed out as the association decided to close it during the week. We even walked to dinner at the 131 Main for a fantastic meal .

Temporary Housing until home was built

We stayed in this property for 10 weeks while we were waiting for our home construction to be finished. The condo was in a great neighborhood near walking paths both through the woods as well as adjoining neighborhoods. The kitchen was well appointed considering we were there for months and did a decent amount of cooking. Parking was in one of the 2 Visitor slots (one of the two seemed always to be available) or on the street (we had two cars with us so didn't want to take both of the Visitor slots). Nice covered balcony with table and two chairs. Overall a perfect solution while we were watching construction.
