Seascapes at Sapphire is a thoughtfully designed, top-floor condo in the coveted Barbados building — just a 5–10 minute walk (via stairs and hillside) to the sand.

Guest Rules
❧ Guests must follow all Sapphire Village Condominium Rules and Regulations which can be
viewed on the website.
❧ No parties
❧ Minimum age to rent is 22.
❧ The maximum occupancy is 2 people, regardless of age. This supercedes any policies made
by VRBO as these are legal restrictions per the USVI Fire Marshall and the management of
Sapphire Village. Any violations of over-occupancy will result in fines by the owner, Fire
Marshall, AND association.
❧ No additional overnight guests
❧ No illegal drug use
❧ No smoking or vaping, including on the balcony. a $250 fine will be issued if there is
evidence of smoking or drug use. The owner and association maintain their right to pursue
legal action against any guest or guest visitors partaking in the use of illegal substances.
Those prescribed medical marijuana need to provide proof prior to stay and must smoke
outside the unit.
❧ Accommodations for specifically trained service animals requires pre-approval by the
Association's Board. Requests must be made at least 2 months in advance. Pets and
Emotional Support animals are not permitted. Fines will be issued for anyone violating the
Associations rules and regulations regarding animals.
