The bathroom door was broken, so we had no privacy when showering or using the toilet. Other than that, the condo was nice. Mary was nice. I would stay here again.

“Wknd at Mary’s”

The Brown’s home is a great place to stay up in the hills at Mahogany run if you’re looking for some tranquility after a day of exploring the island. Then this is the place for you! Thnx again Mary we had a great comfortable stay!

Little spot of heaven!

Unit was clean, was as described. Neighbors were quiet. The spotlight was on the view and the wildlife.

Great price for a good location

The location is great and Mary a pleasure to work with. The unit could use some updating but it was a pleasant place to spend the week. Enjoyed our time there.

The good part;1. The place is very spacious and clean2. Love, the fact that they have dishwasher washer in the dryer and the barbecue grill on the porch.3. Very quiet and safe.Not so good part:1. The condo is very old. The refrigerator door has lot of rustty spots on the lower door. The kitchen trashcan cover is broken. There was some musty smell when I opened the drawers in the kitchen, the closet door doesn’t close.3. The bedroom Wi-Fi is very weak, if you close the door, then no the Wi-Fi.4. The carpet under the dining table has a curling up edge, tripped couple of times.5. The sofa bed is terrible, very uncomfortable. The side you put your head is lower than the side where your foot is if you want to reverse the direction then you can feel the metal bar right underneath. My son complaining his back hurts. I have to sleeping on the sofa bed.5. The living room air conditioner is not working. Talk to the property manager. She said would’ve come to look at it. Never hear back from her. 6. In the picture online, I saw some water view, but just to realize that only can see that order View if you stand right by the entrance door. 7. There are not enough plates only four dinner plate and the floor medium size plate. This is the first time I ever had stay in a condo doesn’t have oil and the pepper in the kitchen.8. Do not have beach gears.

Great Condo, Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mahogany Run Retreat! Great location and we had everything we needed for a restful stay. Enjoyed spending the mornings watching the resident iguana hang out in the near by tree. Host was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

The condo is amazing! Thank you! We loved the patio sections (2 total) and listening to the birds/animals in the background at night. Described accurately in VRBO listing. The property owner was extremely fast to respond to our needs/check in on us and we will definitely come back.

Fun week!

We had a great week staying at Mahogany Run. The property was clean, safe, had all the amenities that were listed, and served as a great home base for our daily adventures. Communication with Mary was quick and any questions we had were thoroughly answered. We started each morning sipping coffee and ended each night with cocktails on the balcony. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit to St. Thomas!!

Wish I would have booked for two weeks instead of one

Was a good option for my boyfriend & I for my first visit to Saint Thomas. The location was very peaceful & loved looking out over the green mountains/the bit of waterview in the mornings. Couple helpful notes - the road is quite steep entering/exiting the complex & there is a flight of stairs going down to the condo. Was a lovely stay and wish we had planned two weeks rather than one. Glad to have had the one week than not at all :)

Great value.

The host, Mary, was very prompt to answer any of our questions, interested in how we were doing, and helpful with suggestions of things to do and see. We were thrilled to find a nice place within our budget. The outdoor balcony with a distant view of the ocean was our favorite feature of the unit. We had lovely peaceful mornings watching the birds and having our coffee and breakfast. Very quiet place away from the busy areas of the island. Thank you for your generosity!

Heavenly escape

A lot of folks go to St. Thomas for the beaches. We went for the mountains (with a 5 minute drive to one of the top ten beaches of the world, which was all to ourselves early in the mornings). We loved every minute of our stay, thank you to Mary for being so communicative. We arrived in the dark and the first time driving in St. Thomas can be a little intimidating between the hills and the roads, but she got us there quite well. We loved the balcony, which is a private oasis staring at the mountains (and a sliver of water too between them). This is a private/gated community so very quiet and safe. You can tell Mary took a lot of effort to make the home very welcoming and warm, and her communication and instructions were perfect. Probably the best VRBO experience we've had. Thank you!

I had a great stay. The host was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The condo was comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make is to add brighter lighting on the balcony and along the steps when entering the condo, as it would help with visibility at night and add a tv in the bedroom. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.
