The Villa is on the northeast side of the island, and is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach near the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. This property is on Las Picuas road which is protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded location just across the street from the beach.

--Fishing- there are plenty of guided tours or try your hand just down the beach
--El Yunque Forest, bioluminescence bay, horseback riding, golf, zip lining, kite surfing lessons are within minutes!
