This is a great house for a large family, beautiful landscaping and pool, with convenient drive to beach activities and access to tennis courts. Host was very responsive and provided extras on request such as racquets and soccer ball for kids activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! I was concerned when we made the reservation that the pictures would be nice and we may be disappointed with the property. It was actually opposite, the home exceeded our expectations. The pool area and backyard were wonderful for our family, secluded and private yet spacious. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was located close to the rainforest, beach, and other amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great home to enjoy with their family!

What an amazing stay! Everything from start to finish. Home/location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Host was so helpful and responsive with my multiple questions- she even provided a walker for our busy 11 month old and a birthday treat for me . Location is perfect. Just a short drive to many beaches, activities and stores. Beach chairs, coolers, wagon and toys were wonderful! We loved our stay! Grab this home before someone else does, you won’t regret it! Thank you Tracye for being such a fantastic host and helping our vacation be nothing short of amazing!

We had an incredible stay in the house. House was beautiful, clean and well equipped for a group of 10. Communicaiton with the property manager was amazing, anytime any of us had any questions/doubts, we would text and get an almost immediate response offering a solution. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Great island getaway for families

Amazing house that is clean and perfect for a family. The owners are extremely thoughtful on what they offer with beach toys and chairs to extra kitchen items. We would absolutely stay there again.

Close to beaches and things to do. Easy to talk to host and property was as listed. Had family of 18 including 7 children there. Everyone had a great time. We'd rent again

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at La Villa Primavera. Plenty of space for our family to be together but not feel crowded. There is a well appointed kitchen to prepare meals for a big group. The pool was wonderful, stocked with pool toys and plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet, close to grocery stores and all that Luquillo offers. We would definitely visit again. Thank you Tracye for making everything easy!

Hi Thai, I'm so sorry and surprised to see that we didn't meet your expectations. We always do our best to go above and beyond for our guests, and strive for a 5-star review. As listed, all bedrooms have their own AC & fans, with the exception of the kids room which has only a fan. The kitchen and living room do not have air conditioning since the windows are only screen and would let the cold air out, but we offered you an additional portable AC unit, which you declined. Please let me know what we could have done better, and we'll be sure to work on it for our next guests. Thanks for staying with us!

Puerto Rico family vacation

We all enjoyed our stay in puerto rico. The house had more than enough room for our 10 guests. They kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook and bake. The pool is very nice and warm. Located about 8 to 10 minutes drive from the beach. The house was clean. A power surge knocked the ac out one day and Tracye had it fixed immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Convenient drive to El Yunque.

Family vacation

The house was even better than expected! Beautiful, so many details that made our big family trip a bit easier. Plenty of pool towels, pool Was fabulous. Pool table and games provided. Property stunning and spotless. Hosts were super helpful and communicated very quickly. Could not recommend this property enough. We loved it!!

We had a fantastic time. The house was particularly conducive to multiple people working in the kitchen and finding space to be with others and alone. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool and pool table. The table was large enough to comfortably fit 8 and more if needed. The kitchen was filled with superior equipment including Kitchen Aid mixer, air fryer, crock pot and more. We ran out of drinking water and had an issue with one of the air conditioners. Our hosts responded immediately and issues taken care of. Hosts were easily contacted and responsive each time. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed are stay.

Beautiful home in the foothills of Yunque rainforest

The home is perfect for a large group. Our kids particularly enjoyed the playroom. There were enough dishes, glasses and silverware for everyone. Especially nice were the available appliances such as a griddle, air fryer and crockpot. There were even folding chairs so we could all eat around the table. Our hostess also supplied us with a packnplay and a high chair. The only downside was that we were not walking distance to the beach but there was a great pool available and it was an easy drive to the beach. The home is equipped with a very large generator so we were not effected by the island wide power outage during our stay. It was an easy drive to everywhere (except old San Juan lots of traffic). Thanks again to our hostess and her family

We loved this house! The pool space is beautiful and so relaxing. The house was large, incredibly well equipped (with everything you could need) and very clean. The house is very close to lots of activities, restaurants and beaches. We had 12 of us staying there and still plenty of space. The host was very attentive and always available if we need recommendations or had questions. The only negative (which is completely out of their control) is the neighboring roosters can wake you depending on which room you are sleeping in - my husband solved this by putting in his headphones once they started.

A tropical beauty!!!!

We are so happy we found this property. The owners were fantastic. They responded all of our questions and were very helpful and accommodating. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Our kids loved the pool and green areas. This house is closed to the beach and near local shops. Next time we visit the island we will be sure to stay here. Thank you so much guys!!!!

Thank you guys for staying with us; it was a pleasure having you!! We really appreciate the time and energy you put onto our glowing review! ..."We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property or our host! The pictures provided are a beautiful representation of the property yet they don't do it any justice. We were a large group: 16 of us with 4 children and at no time did we feel crowded as the 2 floors were very spacious. The kids loved the playroom and we made great use of all of the amenities provided including a pool table, outdoor grill and the pool itself. There were an assortment of small kitchen appliances, plenty of plates, cups, silverware (both ceramic and plastic): anything needed for preparing meals. Speaking of amenities: what hasn't the host thought of?! The pack and play along with the high chair were wonderful for our smallest member and the beach wagon was a lifesaver when the kiddos needed a rest while we walked. The property was amazing and we all agreed that our host was equally amazing and so accommodating. We communicated quite a few times during our stay with questions and even asking where the nearest hospital was, and each message was responded to without any delay. She checked in throughout our stay and even had a lovely care package for our injured member. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and La Villa Primavera and our lovely host were the icing on the cake. We would have no hesitations (and some are already making plans) to come again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!"

We chose to call this Villa home because it is breath-takingly beautiful! We are close to teal-water beaches, El Junque national rainforest, las Pailas natural water slides, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars... what else could we ask for! We get to listen to the coqui frogs sing us to sleep every night, and experience a set of peace I can only describe as "island magic."
