Walk to St. Augustine Distillery, Ice Plant, Fish Camp, La Nouvelle, microbreweries, cafes, and riverfront trails. Beaches (St. Augustine Beach/Vilano) are a short drive.
There is community pool (May-Sept), Pickleball courts, and large park 10 minute walk from the home at Vickers Park.
