This 3-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to St. Augustine. For rain or shine fun, this home includes access to a well-equipped, 500+ square foot game room! Inside, guests will find two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, providing ample sleeping space for families or groups. The two bathrooms feature refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Enjoy a serene atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living areas or getting a good night’s rest, this adorable home welcomes you with comfort and ease.

Our home is an ideal home base for exploring the St. Augustine area.

We are conveniently located in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood, founded in 1866, and subsequently named for President Abraham Lincoln. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it preserves many historic sites and homes along the ACCORD Freedom Trail.

You will find several popular restaurants within a 5 to 7-minute walk, such as St. Augustine Fish Camp, The Ice-Plant Bar & Restaurant, The St. Augustine Distillery, and The Blue Hen Cafe.

Enjoy an approximately 20 to 25 minute leisurely walk through quiet neighborhood streets to the St. Augustine Historic district, where you will find countless dining options, shops, art museums, historic buildings, and the beautiful campus of Flagler College.

If you enjoy history, visit the oldest masonry fort in the continental US, Castillo de San Marcos, a ten-minute drive or 30-minute stroll away.

In the rare case that Mother Nature doesn't deliver perfect Florida sunshine, your group will still have endless entertainment right at home.

Step into our spacious, remodeled garage-turned-game room—a dedicated fun zone for all ages! Challenge each other to an arcade-style double basketball hoops game, test your skills with the Pac-Man arcade, play cornhole, chess, or dive into a variety of board and card games. Guests will have exclusive access to the game room, which has a private entrance near the front door to the house.

Adjacent seating area features a large flat-screen Roku TV perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorites. Bring your snacks to enjoy with the convenient wet bar, complete with a microwave for easy popcorn or quick bites.

Whether it's family game night or a relaxed evening in, this space keeps everyone entertained and comfortable—no matter the weather!

Drive to either Villano or St. Augustine beach in approximately 20 minutes for a day of sand and sun.

Also driveable are the historic lighthouse, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and the St. Augustine Amphitheater (host to many national acts).

House was clean, well stocked kitchen, very close to historic area. A couple of great restaurants close to the house. Maggie was attentive and she communicated with us almost daily. Great stay!!!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! The home had everything we could possibly need and was so comfortable for our family. The game room was a huge hit with our kids and we loved the central location — just a short walk to the trolley station. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, had plenty of stuff for cooking, plenty of towels, and the little fun room they had in the garage was awesome! Plus the balcony was spacious and perfect for little hangouts with people. If I ever come to St Augustine again I will 100% look to see if this place is available.

The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly and kindly. Which made everything easy. The home was exactly as described and just as beautiful as all the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, scissors, and much more. The location was perfect and very safe. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Maggie was welcoming and quickly responsive. The home was very clean, organized and well stocked. There was a a mini apartment downstairs that would provide privacy from the main living area. The entire space was exceptionally well maintained and decorated in our experience with VRBO properties.The balcony was the highlight for us and we sat outside enjoying the view and the weather. We saw some spectacular sunsets. The neighborhood has several restaurants and coffee shops within blocks. We could walk to the historic area easily or explore the history of Lincolnville. There is a large park with pickleball and tennis courts a short walk away. The path goes out along the river with beautiful views. There is an entire garage set up with great games and a sitting area, perfect for the family. We would have preferred a quiet street with a large fenced area for the dog but he loved sitting on the balcony watching the sights. The pictures provided in the listing are totally accurate. Overall it was exceptional and we loved our stay.

We loved our stay here! The location made walking and/or driving to places relatively easy. Our active family loved the game room. It was a wonderful amenity. The beach chairs and coolers came in very handy as well. The kitchen was well-stocked, the deck was relaxing, and the overall vibe was spot on! We would definitely return.
