3BR/2B***(Single Level Home) {3Q,DSS} Amenities: Central A/C, TV's, WiFi,/ Streaming , Microwave, Gas Grill, Bikes, Kayaks, Beach Toys, Yard Games. Linens and Towels are provided with this property.

New for 2025 season. Nicely renovated cottage convenient in town location, walk to historic downtown, farmer's market, shops and restaurants. This house has 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and a full sleep sofa in the living room. Bikes and beach gear provided. Smart TV's in just about every room. Linens and towels are provided with this property.

Please ask about our cancelation policy. 30 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee and credit card fee's).

This cozy cottage worked well for our multigenerational family of 8. We loved the dining room/sunporch. A few extra lights would have helped as the bedrooms were a bit dim. Great location and beach toys.

Loved the location and was perfect for a quiet, weekend girls trip. We were there when there was a freak rainy and cold spell so the climate of the house was a little off with it being a little warm and humid when we slept but not too bad. It was a great space and we loved watching movies and cooking the whole weekend!

I am sorry to hear you had an issue with the temperature in the house while you were here. Next time call the office and we will be happy to help. We provide emergency numbers at the house so that we can help. All of our houses have heating and cooling settings so out guest can be comfortable in any weather.

The size of the rooms were smaller than appeared, but they worked. Location was great. The ant infiltration was a bit of a problem in the sunroom, they got into our snacks...price was reasonable

Bright and airy

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the inside of the rental was. Since we were the first renters there were some kinks to work through as there wasn’t a Harbor Rentals binder that would’ve contained the Wi-Fi information and combination lock information for the sports equipment.

Location was great central to everything. Kitchen has very minimal things that a kitchen would normally have for example Tupperware containers for leftover food to put food in the refrigerator for the next day. living room didn’t have enough seating for number of guests that can accommodate the house. Other than that, the house was pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay here on the island and on the house.
