The house is exactly as pictured - so cute and cozy - and a truly excellent location that is walkable to the downtown area. The kitchen was WELL stocked - I think it had every appliance/tool I could think of - and the linens on the beds were top tier! I'd recommend this house to anyone!

We spent three nights at Cozy Capen Cottage and it was such a pleasure! This little house is conveniently located close to downtown—a 3-minute drive or, perhaps, a 10-minute walk. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. All supplies are provided, with an abundance of soft towels and washcloths in the bathroom; a Keurig coffeemaker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, and all the knives and kitchen utensils one could possibly hope for in the kitchen; and lucious, white 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases and warm, cozy comforters in the bedrooms.The landscaping is lovely, reflecting the hard work of the gracious owner. And the backyard fire pit, surrounded by six comfy Adirondack-style chairs, comes with a more-than-ample supply of wood and kindling.Highly recommended!
