The Space:

This tastefully remodeled townhome has everything you need for your Southern Utah adventure and is centrally located just minutes from Zion National Park and within 1 hour from Bryce Canyon Naitonal Park. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes are just 20 miles the South along scenic Hwy 89.



Upon entering the townhouse you will find a living room with a flat screen smart TV, a comfortable couch, a dining table that seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for your convenience. Just off the dining area is a patio that offers a propane BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub. After a full day or exploring all that Southern Utah's color country has to offer, relax and take a soak in the hot tub while you stargaze or simply enjoy those southern Utah summer nights.



Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill style bathroom which allows access from Bedroom 1, or from the hallway. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable King sized bed with plush bedding, the perfect place to get a good night's rest. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed, both with top of the line mattresses, and a closet. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.



Upstairs you will also find the laundry closet with full capacity machines for your convenience.



Glendale Getaway 1 is located right off the main street in Glendale, UT and is within walking distance to Brinks Grill & Country Store. There is plenty of parking for trailers, toys, and vehicles. If you are traveling with a bigger group, consider also booking Glendale Getaway 2 which is the townhome adjacent to Glendale Getaway 1.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access of the townhome and will be given a door code prior to check in.

This property is located just off of scenic Hwy 89 in the middle of numerous national parks including Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon (North Rim), Escalante Grand Staircase, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and Red Hollow Hike (Orderville), The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness (permit only), Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Zen Zion is an ideal home base for seeing all of these parks. Orderville is located just 6 miles to the south and offers a small grocery store, gas station, and a few dining options. More accommations can be found in Kanab, Utah approximately 25 miles south of Zen Zion on Hwy 89. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
