Bathroom door lock broke and was stuck in bathroom for over an hour waiting for a maintenance guy to come. Then ended being late for an appointment. Then when asked about a partial refund got no reply.

Overall, this was a good place to stay and worked well for what we needed during our road trip. The apartment is very simple and basic, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay.There are several good local restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab dinner after a long day of driving.The only thing that caught me off guard was the parking. Street parking requires emailing ahead for a city parking permit, which wasn't difficult, but it's an extra step to be aware of before arriving. I was a little nervous about leaving my car on the street at first, but it ended up being completely fine.If you're looking for a clean, no-frills place in a convenient neighborhood, this is a solid option.
