Andrew was a wonderful host right from the start. He was so easy to communicate with and his replies to any questions I had were immediate. We stayed at his lovely, immaculate, comfortable, cozy cottage because we went to a wedding in the area. Everything about staying at Andrew's place was effortless. We highly recommend and will hopefully be back to spend more time in the beautiful area.

Outstanding cottage. Very clean, all the amenities required, strong a/c and wifi. Comfortable beds. Great for a family of four. Very nice location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Excellent communications with the host. Highly recommend.

Very easy to book, easy access and prompt communication with owner. It looks newly renovated with very nice clean bath tub, sink etc. they allow pets, but the place is very clean and I did not feel any allergies or see any pet hair so I highly recommend whether you have a pet or not.

Great house for the weekend. Super clean, close enough to the hustle and bustle of Newport. The listing advertised a washer/dryer but that was not accessible.

Andrew is an excellent host. I stayed at this property for over a week with my family and due to a home renovation. A few things came up and he was very responsive. The home is conveniently located and very charming located in a beach community and close to everything. The bed is quite comfortable and the property is clean and cozy. We are a bit sad to leave.

It was a sweet little cottage and clean and well appointed. Unfortunately we were not told that in order to reach the second bedroom you had to walk through the first bedroom to get to the stairs up to it. It was like sleeping in a corridor with very little space beside the bed for people to pass. It's a lovely cottage for a family with children or a couple but for two couples it was not a pleasant experience.

This is the cutest cottage. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was beautiful, great appliances, Kuerig coffee maker, and pods, the bathroom was clean with a great shower and bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the tv's worked seamlessly. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again and hope I get to!
