With elegance and grandeur throughout the home, the main floor has several living spaces for when guests want to spend time together or spread out - living room, sitting room, sun room, den/TV room, eat-in kitchen, butler's kitchen, and a formal dining room with a table that seats 14 people.

The wrap-around veranda on the water side of the house has seating for large groups, while overlooking the expansive, manicured lawn that stretches to the rocky coastline and is perfect for croquet, bean bag toss, and other favorite outdoor games - all with the scenic backdrop of Frenchman's Bay and the Porcupine Islands.

Ascending the grand staircase leads to the six guest bedrooms on the second floor. Two bedrooms with king beds, two with queen beds, one with two double beds, and one with one double bed.

Note that we are in the process of preparing the home to welcome rental guests starting in August. We are adding new king beds, updating decor, and providing new bedding to all beds. Full interior photos will be available in mid-July. The current photo of the empty room shows the large scale of the primary bedroom, which just had its floors refinished.

The entire main and second levels of the home are available for guest use. The rental includes exclusive, private use of the entire estate.
