House was perfect, clean and cozy. We were lucky enough to have snow. Leeann and Dan were great, making sure we had everything we need. They even had a someone come and plough the driveway and shovel the steps and deck. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice location, use of small beach and boats.

House is quaint, older style, but clean. Access to beach and boats is a plus. Getting to local restaurants on weekend was impossible. Beautiful town for a few days visit.

Highly Recommended

I highly recommend anyone this rental to anyone looking for something in this area. The property was clean, well maintained and very accommodating. The owners are extremely responsive and have covered all the bases in terms of providing necessary info at the house. The location is great for both summer and winter activities. The house itself has a great layout for spending quality time with family or friends. We used it for a short winter getaway and hope to be back for either something in the summer or again next winter. Five stars all the way.

Campground feel

It was a nice setting and property but it felt less like being at a lake and more like being at a campground. There are houses close by and it is a fairly busy road where the house is located.

Fabulous

We came from NYC for a short family getaway. It was perfect! LeeAnn and Dan have everything you might need as far as household supplies, and what for the incidentals you might need, they give great suggestions as to where to go to get what you need. We loved being able to hang out together in the open plan living space and also to spread out in our own beds/bedrooms. It was the perfect place for us! Thanks so much!!

Didn’t disappoint again !!!

This is our third time staying here and it did not disappoint. Afraid to try any where else for fear of it not meeting the same expectations . Just a fabulous place to stay in the poconos , cozy , close to everything and the owners are aweomse !!!!

First time to the poconos , didn’t disappoint !!

I can’t say enough about this property from being quaint , clean and location . This was our first trip to the poconos and we had an absolute fabulous time . Lake a short walk from the house and to be honest I could of spent my entire time at the house . Just beautiful and the owners were fabulous , very quick to respond to questions . Definitely will return !!! Wish we had booked one more day 😊

Great Experience!

Great girls weekend house

Overall great stay. LeeAnn and Dan were awesome hosts - quick to respond and kind. Dan hopped on a call with me when I was having difficulty lighting the indoor fireplace and was very patient in giving me step my step instructions to get it started. The house had plenty of room to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 10 people and the house's layout was perfect for entertaining. It was nice/convenient that the hosts provided linens and towels. We utilized both fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) and also the bluetooth speaker that played music throughout the house. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and appreciated the close proximity to the lake and restaurants. Had a lot of fun and would stay again.

Wonderful home!

This house was perfect for our Presidents Day weekend ski getaway. We had two families in the house each with two boys ages 9-13. We had plenty of room to spread out. The older boys loved the loft. Having the separate areas with a few TVs worked out great! The house was stocked with everything a family would need. There was also special touches throughout. Great location for Big Boulder only a few miles away and Jack Frost was about an 8 min drive. LeeAnn and Dan were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with from the start. Thank you for your attention to detail! Looking forward to renting again!

Beautiful home with great space for all and owners thought of everything!

We had 2 families in our group with kids ranging from 4-12. There was plenty of room for all to enjoy our ski weekend away. The bigger kids loved the family room on the lower level while the smaller children enjoyed the "cool" loft which gave us parents the main living room with the beautiful gas fireplace. So many extras I have not seen before made you feel like the owners take great pride in making sure their guests enjoy their time and have all their needs met. Great location for us to go skiing. Went to Jack frost during the day and at night Big Boulder for tubing. Easy and quick commute to both mountains. Definitely would love to stay again!

Weekend getaway with family

Met up with our grown children and their families for a weekend getaway - something we've been talking about for years but finally did. The house was perfect - three floors of living space allowed us to be close but also to have space when needed. The grands absolutely loved having their own loft, complete with kid sized furniture, and plenty of space. The two wild/tame deer that met us while we were unpacking were a fun treat. We spent the weekend playing games, eating and crashing - exactly what we wanted to do. Every time one of us said, "I wonder if they have . . .", they did. The owners thought of all the little touches that made it special. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the location was perfect. Thanks so much for renting out your home - it was a wonderful, memorable weekend.

Perfect getaway destination

We had 3 couples for an adult getaway. We were completely impressed with the vacation home. Leeann and Dan have thought of everything from all linens to plenty of chairs to enjoy an evening fire. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the pots and pans and spices anyone would need to create a delicious homemade meal. There is a gas grill as well. The location was central to market, parks for hiking and the casinos. Our absolute favorite part of our experience was our interaction with nature. We were visited by fox, chipmunks,squirrels and deer. The deer were literally eating out of our hands. If we had grandchildren with us they would have been just as delighted as we were. This cabin is very well taken care of and tastefully decorated. It is ideal for an adult getaway or entire family vacation. We absolutely recommend this great vacation destination that Leeann and Dan have provided!

Hi there, and thanks for your interest in our vacation home!

Book now for summer before it's too late! We have two kayaks and a canoe that guests are welcome to use plus access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach.

We provide linens, towels, tubes and more so there's no need to worry about laundry or forgetting your shampoo. Should you care to do laundry during your stay, you can use our brand new high-efficiency LG washer and dryer.

Our chalet is cozy and comfortable with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living spaces (great for a kids hang out), as well as a loft above the living room with 2 twin beds, a small couch, and dresser.

Enjoy the views of our woodsy neighborhood out on the deck or in front of the fireplace through our large floor to ceiling windows. Our open concept living room, kitchen and dining space are ideal for entertaining. We will do our best to ensure the kitchen is always stocked with essentials like oil, spices, condiments, and coffee to make your stay as carefree as possible. Guests can also enjoy our outdoor grill, (we'll make sure there's always a propane backup) on our spacious second-floor deck.

We have speakers throughout the house on the first floor, second floor and outdoor patio on the first floor all controlled separately. Guests can use any Bluetooth enabled device to connect and enjoy tunes throughout the whole house.

We have two Smart TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs family rooms as well as a TV with a Firestick in the loft.

We have a firepit on the side of the house along with blankets just for the firepit for those cooler Pocono nights.
