The views were magnificent! The house decor was so perfect for the lake and mountains. Had such a wonderful and relaxing time. First time renting a place and we would stay here again in the warmer weather next time.

This place was amazing. My kids, and husband if i am being honest, did not leave the water. They loved fishing off the dock. My favorite part was the fire pit right by the lake. Our dinner guest(deer) were wonderful. The deer pic is them right next to the deck. HIGHLY recommend this house.

The house is wonderful and has everything you need for a relaxing time. The grill is really nice and the patio is great to eat and relax on. The private lake entry is amazing with so many chairs and tables for eating while being on the lake. We loved this house. The lake is shallow enough for the kids to really play and swim as well as boat.The ninja turtle video game was big hit for the kids. One thing to note is there are a lot of speed boats and tubing waterskiing and overall the lake is very populated in general, but the weekdays are pretty chill.

We had a great week. Check-in was easy, the house was very clean and well stocked, including some starter items like paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, and dish soap. The kitchen is fully stocked and included everything we needed. The appliances, including the grill, fridge, washer, and dryer, are top of the line, which was a nice surprise. There are plenty of hooks in the bathrooms, nightlights throughout the house, and most light switches are labeled, which was helpful. The pictures don't quite do the dock area justice. It is much larger in person and includes many seating options. The round table has an umbrella, so it was nice to sit and play games in the shade. There are kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard and plenty of life vests in all sizes, so we utilized those often. One thing to mention is the driveway area is a bit steep and rocky. No one in our party has mobility issues, but it might be an issue for someone who does. Overall, we had a great stay in this wonderful house and would definitely return!

prefect getaway

Our family of 6 had a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, a fabulous view of the lake was amazing. It was a relaxing, rejuvenating, and resetting experience. Wildlife all around, restaurant, all within a short walk. A perfect home for a short or long getaway! Highly recommend this host! The house was everything we wanted - very clean, well-equipped and roomy. easy check in/out.

We had a great week at Lake Harmony, the property was as described, check in was easy, house was clean, in good order with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was prompt. No issues - would stay here again! We loved being on Lake Harmony and the access to the lake on property.

Such a Beautiful Location

The property is exactly as advertised. The modern kitchen is fully stocked. The view from the family/living/dining room is beautiful. Gorgeous sunrises over the lake. We love the decor and open space. Very peaceful. The owner is awesome and very reaponsive!

All the amenities so just relax

The accommodations had no surprises except how well equipped the kitchen was. I always bring Sharp knives and large platters and bowls but I didn't need them. I arranged to have linens and towels and Agnes was wonderful. All we had to do was relax and enjoy the lake and house.

Amazing lake side property for our multigenerational family for a long weekend

Beautiful, picture setting right on Lake Harmony. Very clean rustic cabin like feel with modern amenities. We loved tying the rafts we brought to the dock and laying on the lake, watching the waters, skiers and boaters. Fire pit for s’mores at night, outdoor dining on the deck when we grilled one night. Ate at two local restaurants which were less than a five minute drive from the house. Absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again if and when we choose to visit Lake Harmony again. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views overlooking the lake perfect photo ops for teenagers and young adults. 5 star property and friendly accommodating owner.

Best time

The stay was excelent. Place was clean and well kept. View was outstanding, specially in the morning. Close to restaurants and store. Bill was very helpfull any questions and information we neened for the stay. Will definitely be there again.

Deer, chipmunk and bear oh my!

Our visit to Lake Harmony was the perfect end of summer family trip for us and our adult children. We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend and enjoyed every moment-wish we could have stayed longer! The cabin is comfy, cute and well stocked with all we needed. Check in and out could not have been easier. We enjoyed sitting by the dock, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, fishing and enjoying the local wildlife. Deer, chipmunks, bald eagles and even a bear. Please remember to watch wildlife from a safe distance. We had a bear walk down the street in front of the cabin Sunday evening and were able to observe safety from the front deck. The bear seemed used to people but it is still a wild animal. We were dismayed by the amount of people who were closely following the bear in cars, golf carts, bikes and on foot. It would be a shame if the bear had to be put down because people don’t respect it’s personal space. We spent most of our time at the cabin and on the lake but Hawk Falls and Boulder Field are close and worth the drive.

Great Location

This home was an amazing rental. The owner very nice and communicates great with any questions. The property has its own dock with kayakes and canoe kids loved going out on kayakes each day and canoe. We also used the fire pit also right on water by your own private dock. Would definitely rent again !!!

Last minute getaway

Our family of 5 had just gotten back from a beach trip that was a total bust, so we needed a do-over getaway before school started! This lake house was perfect. It is a lakefront property with just a tiny private road to cross to get to a private dock, fire pit and grassy area. Lake is shallow in this particular spot so great for the kids. SUP, kayaks, and canoe (and life jackets) was provided which we got good use out of. Lots of chairs provided around fire pit. The view of the lake from the house is great. The house was very clean (including the grill which was nice). The nice thing about this house was it has a super rustic, cabin-like vibe and decor, but with modern stuff like a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, cool video game for the kids, and multiple TVs. We had our dinners on the deck looking out on the lake. During our 4 night stay we did Kahlahari water park, Boulder Field, Hickory Run waterfalls and trails, huge antique barn, and Jim Thorpe scenic train ride through Lehigh Gorge all were under a 30 minute drive. Host was super responsive, friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Great place!

Relaxing Stay

Even though we didn't have the best weather for being by the lake, we really enjoyed the house, views and deck. Nothing was lacking in the house, beds were quite comfy, and views were spectacular, with sunrise out the big front windows downstairs and up!

Relaxing

Very clean. Beautiful view of the lake from inside and the deck. House was well organized. Kitchen well stocked and has everything you need to cook and grill Lake is right down the house's parking hill. The owner responded to all our questions. Enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Thanksgiving Getaway Take 2

This is the second year we have rented the cabin for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was as good as it was the first time. The house is immaculate and the owner has a keen attention to detail! The sunrises are beautiful and you can’t beat the crackling stone fireplace at night. Thanks Bill for another great family memory!
