Fantastic condo with panoramic views from inside and the extra large balcony! Wish the weather would’ve cooperated better but was still a fantastic trip. Condo has just about everything stocked that you need. The location is great as well. We love this area and have been many times. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an on the beach stay. The hosts were great with checking in on us and making sure everything is going well. 5 !

What an amazing stay! The view did not disappoint. Chris and Julia were super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved how helpful the provided guidebook was. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into this place. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed close by. We would definitely stay here again if/when we are in the area!

THE VIEW did not disappoint! The balcony views of dolphins and beautiful sunsets were amazing. Chris was attentive to questions and we can’t wait to visit again!!

The View was amazing. The host were super helpful, friendly, and fast to respond. The View and the host literally thought of everything with the condo. If you forgot something, they had it. Beach towels and beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) they had it. This condo was amazing and the views didn't disappoint. The pool and hot tub were our favorites too. Definitely recommend this place and the location.

We cannot rate "The View" high enough. The location is spectacular, and everything about the condo was as advertised. Chris and Jill were more than attentive when we had questions, and the app they provided handled everything else. From watching dolphins slide by each day from the balcony to the easy access to the beach, we will come back to this wonderful place at Madeira Beach again soon!

We had a great stay in Madeira Beach "The View". Spent many sunsets on the balcony. Chris was great to work with and has great communication. Condo was very spacious and set up well. Beach items were available and getting to the beach was so easy. Location close to many restaurants.

Host was very welcoming and was very helpful when we contacted him. The condo was great and the balcony--what can I say--the best we've ever had. The only problem--our time there ended too soon! Highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this property. Outside, the views, the beach, and the balcony are fabulous. From the balcony we enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, all types of birds, and of course, the sunsets. Inside, the apartment was clean and everything we needed was there, including lots of beach gear. Communication with the owners was excellent. They provided the most comprehensive property manual we've ever had at a vacation rental. The building itself is in a convenient area, with lots of restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. We also drove to St. Petersburg a couple of times, and it was an easy drive. Overall, we were hoping for a relaxing beach vacation and this property delivered.

The view, the view, the view!

This property lives up to its name, "The View". We started and ended the day on the balcony with spectacular views of the water, the beach, and the sunset. Plenty of room to relax with all the necessities provided. Even though this was a holiday timeframe, the property grounds were continually cleaned and it's a very secure building. The location is perfect for easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Having a dedicated parking spot is also great for drives to other attractions. Chris and Jill were fantastic hosts and great communicators. Highly recommend this property, and these hosts, for your vacation getaway!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness, communication, and ease of check-in/check-out were truly outstanding.The condo is extremely well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, including multiple coffee options, and there were thoughtful items waiting for our arrival so you could easily roll in late and still have the basics covered. There was also plenty of beach equipment available, so no need to bring your own.We appreciated the little touches—sound machines, convenient charging stations, lots of towels, and clean hotel-style linens. The hot tub was great, and the pool was heated when we arrived (we stayed the first week of March, which can sometimes be cooler).The location is excellent with easy beach access and restaurants nearby. The blackout blinds in the second bedroom were perfect for our kids—they slept in every morning! We also loved using the Suncoast Beach Trolley to explore the area.Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We came for a relaxing beach getaway, and The View delivered everything we hoped for and more.

We had such an amazing stay at The View at Madeira Beach! From the moment I walked through the door, I knew we had chosen the right place. The view literally took my breath away with ocean as far as you could see! And because it’s a corner unit, we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and incredible sunsets. The location was just about perfect. You’re right on the beach, within walking distance of shops and restaurants (and, importantly, ice cream!), but also just a short drive from plenty of other restaurants, shopping, tours and things to do. It was also only about 45 minutes from the Tampa airport, which meant more time at the beach and less time traveling. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Jill and Chris really think about the little things that make a vacation easier. We arrived to a welcome note and bottle of wine, and there were plenty of dishes, towels, games, books, a huge TV, comfortable beds and plenty of hangers. For the beach, they provided chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach cart, which was such a nice touch. We also loved having access to the private pool and hot tub. Everything throughout the property was clean, well kept and cared for. What impressed us the most was how responsive Jill and Chris were. When we realized the Keurig wasn’t working quite right, we let them know and it was taken care of quickly. That kind of attention really says a lot about how much they care about their guests and their property. We came for a relaxing beach getaway, and The View delivered everything we hoped for and more. The location, the condo, the amenities and especially THAT VIEW made this a place we would absolutely stay again. I wish I was still sitting on the lanai looking out at all that water and watching the amazing wildlife.
