You'll be walking distance to groceries, coffee, bakery, parks, beautiful trails, convention centers and downtown attractions/venues. This home is situated along one of the main highways and allows easy access for sightseeing adventures. You’ll have private access to the entire 3 BR/1.5 bath home (excluding the garage). There are 3 exterior steps to enter the home, but no stairs inside. This is the perfect retreat for families and tight knit groups seeking privacy and all the comforts of home!

This home is our main home in Anchorage so we’re thrilled to be able to share it with others during the summer. We enjoy hiking, camping, fishing and hunting so we’re always happy to provide local recommendations!

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this area of Anchorage and actually went to the elementary school across the street from the house. I’ve lived all throughout town as well as Palmer but downtown Anchorage has always had my heart. I love being able to walk to the coastal trail, my favorite coffee shops, restaurants and all the downtown happenings. We’re thrilled to be able to share our home with others!
