The home is on the intercoastal side of the island with a short 3/4 mile walk across the SE 31st bridge to the beach. With a screened in front porch to enjoy mornings listening to the birds or evenings in a rocking chair, a fully stocked kitchen, a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds - guests will find comfort in this wonderful retreat. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an outdoor shower, WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer during your stay.

Oceanside Getaway

We had a wonderful visit at this property. It was very clean, warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying there. I would love to stay there again.

Andree’s house was beautiful and perfect for our family! Thankful for pots and pans and coffee pot for sure that was used daily! Nice gas stove! Roomy refrigerator a freezer. Everything we needed we had! We loved this home and would love to come back next year for our annual family beach trip!

My husband and I love our OKI home, the food in the area, our friendly neighbors, and the beach. Our home was utilized for short-term rentals in the past under a property manager and everyone loved it- 4.9⭐️. This is not a full-time rental property. We are only renting sporadically to keep the home well maintained and available for our family to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Our home sits 4 houses away from yacht and the intercostal and is surrounded by trees. This is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

What makes this property unique

We love the big screened in front porch, outdoor shower, relaxing under the house, and the open living area for family to play games and enjoy time together. We are also 1 block away from the walkway to the beach that goes through a nature area with a beautiful marsh- check it out at sunset 🌅.
