The space
Welcome to your Galveston getaway—perfect for families, couples, girls’ trips, or a mix of adults and kids! Located just a 3-minute walk to the beach in the upscale Indian Beach community, this spacious 3-bed, 3-bath home offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of extras to make your stay unforgettable.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living area is ideal for gathering—whether you’re sharing meals, watching TV, or playing games. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need: appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, paper towels, plus extras like a blender, hand mixer, crockpot, air fryer, and even a Jimmy Buffet Margarita Maker. Coffee lovers will enjoy the drip coffee maker with coffee provided, and tea drinkers can use the classic whistling kettle. A charcoal grill is available—guests just need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid.

Enjoy the views and sea breeze from one of two large front decks—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the waves. Out back, relax in the hammock or challenge your group to a game of cornhole. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower on the patio.

Beach gear is available in the garage, including a wagon, a few chairs, and toys to make the short walk to the beach even easier. You’re welcome to use what’s there, but we recommend bringing your personal favorites too.

The home sleeps up to 8 and is best suited for 4–5 adults and children or teens. Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary bedroom with en suite bath, large closet, and a single bed inside the closet (great for a small child).
• Second bedroom with queen bed and private en suite bath.
• Third bedroom with two full-size futon beds, located across from a full hallway bath.
• Living room with a full-size pull-out couch.

Each bedroom has a TV with Firestick, and the living area features a large Smart TV with DirecTV and high-speed Wi-Fi. A small desk in the guest room makes it easy to check in with work if needed.

The home sits on a roomy half-acre lot in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where kids can safely ride bikes. The beach is never crowded thanks to no vehicle access, making it ideal for families with young children.

• You may notice community amenities such as the tennis courts, pool, and fishing pier. These are for residents only and ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.
• Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
• CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4 pm and check-out is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.
• FIRES: No outside fires or fireworks are allowed per city ordinance.


Pet Policy: 1 pet is welcome in our home with a $100 fee per stay. Pet must be under 35lbs. We ask that pets stay off furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, aren’t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your pet during your visit.

Indian beach is a well-established, beachside, and bayside West End Galveston Island neighborhood. Indian Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood, and beaches do not permit vehicles to drive on the beaches.
