The house was very clean and close to Venice Pier and Manasota beach. It was a short drive to Siesta key. Lots of restaurants in the area as well.

We were in town for a horse show in Venice, and we loved the place. It is well set up to be very pet-friendly. The pool was amazing after a hot day, and the neighborhood was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved everything about this property. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, and close to the beach. Pool was great, home was clean and quiet. Owner has pretty much everything you need from beach chairs to extra sun screen. Great place for your pet as well.

Location of the home is nearby many beaches, restaurants, and shopping. In a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. The purpose of our stay was to be nearby family in the area so we didn’t utilize the house to its full potential. It is very spacious inside. Keep in mind this is a pet friendly home, so smells and hair were noticed, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. (The host did let us know his regular cleaner was on vacation so they had used someone else before our stay.) There were extra sheets and plenty of towels for use. The beds were comfortable. Two nice walk in closets in each bedroom. Outside is a screened in pool, and extra patio space. The pool lanai currently has a puddle of water in one corner, so the mosquitos were a bit much out there. I’m sure it’s not like that during other seasons, and we were having rain each day during our stay. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
