Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort is a tranquil escape located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, FL. Situated amidst lush greenery the tropical paradise encompasses 18 acres with 350 ft of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. A unique quality of this resort is our private pedestrian beach access. The underpass is a well lit tunnel under scenic Highway 98 which leads to our large gazebo and boardwalk. The complex amenities include: tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 2 pools (one for the little ones) , a playground, a clubhouse which features: free WiFi connectivity, ping-pong table, and coin-operated pool table. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens, private patios, vaulted ceilings, and its very own view of the Gulf of Mexico.

OCtober stay unit 37

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was clean and functional. This unit has new owners so there was a delay with check-in. While I understand it is the owner's right to use their condo at that leisure, I find it unprofessional to check out the day you have renters coming in.We had to wait 3 hours with our one-year-old in the car while the unit was being cleaned. The unit is across from the pool. That's a big plus. The kitchen is fully stocked for use. However the beds are very uncomfortable and one-bedroom had a tv with no remote to work it. Not a bad unit but not great either. I will not rent it again. Sunnyside as a whole is great but I would not rent this unit.

2019 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented #36 & #37 during the week of June 8th - June 15th. Both units were perfect for our two families of 10, with one 10 mth old. We love Sunnyside, because of the amenities for all of us. It's convenient to all the restaurants we enjoy as well as grocery, pharmacies, and let's not leave out Thomas Donuts!!!! Both units were clean and well equipped, especially #37! Best mattresses!!!! We have already made reservations for the same two units next year! The grounds are well maintained as well as our individual patio areas. The pool is amazing and pool restrooms are very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were here in Sept 2018 and were back in Oct 2018. We just love the property so much no matter which unit we rent. They are all clean and inviting. The grounds and pool are beatufil, and the office staff is wonderful. This is the best spot to rent from in PCB. I hope the staff, property and residents are all OK. We left the day before Hurricane Michael hit. I wish everyone in PCB and all hit by the storm a fast and safe recovery.

Great family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After searching for a vacation spot to accommodate our large family we found 2 condos at Sunnyside next door to each other. This worked out perfectly.Both had been remodeled and were very nice. We had plenty of room and both condos were well equipped. Our proximity to the pool and playground allowed parents to keep watch on the kids while relaxing on the back porch. Sunnyside is very well kept and has a great family atmosphere. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to stay there again.
