Beautiful Home With Large Rooms and direct access to the beach; Refurbished in 2016! 75' off the front deck to the white sandy Wells, Beach. House includes Full Kitchen With stove, microwave and dishwasher. Open concept plan with dining and living areas and 1/2 bath off kitchen area with Ocean views. First Floor also has a brand new washer and dryer for washing your bathing suits after a day at the beach! Two Bedrooms on Second Floor With A Queen Bed In the Master bedroom . A Set of Bunk Beds In the 2nd bedroom; both have access to the second floor deck and full bathroom. On the third floor there Is a 2nd master which has a Queen Bed, a single daybed, and a sleeper sofa In The sitting area . Central A/C throughout. Large Wrap Around Deck With Gas Grill overlooking the ocean. Parking For 2 Cars one behind the other in the driveway next to the unit. New flat screen 40' LED television mounted over the gas fireplace in the family room. New flat screen 32' LED television with DVD mounted on wall in master bedroom. 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. Please note - we do not provide linens.
