The Space:

This spacious and serene getaway home features 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, designed to offer comfort, style, and relaxation for every guest.

At the heart of the home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and connecting with loved ones. It flows effortlessly into the inviting dining and living areas—ideal spaces for gathering, unwinding, and creating unforgettable memories.

Step outside to enjoy a large private yard, perfect for outdoor activities, lounging in the sunshine, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The home is outfitted with multiple large OLED and 4K TVs, including 55-inch TVs in every bedroom, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows and movies in high definition.

Guests have access to a fantastic tennis court and playgrounds, offering endless opportunities for recreation and enjoyment.



We meticulously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces between each stay, giving you the peace of mind you deserve for a truly worry-free Florida vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the kitchen, living room, and a spacious den perfect for relaxing or working. You'll also have access to the laundry room and a large backyard ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Entry is through a smart lock—your unique code will be provided before check-in.

Other Things to Note:

Check-In & Check-Out

• You will receive your check-in details during the week of your arrival.

• Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM using your personalized smart lock code.

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM on your departure day.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.





Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit may be required depending on the booking profile. This typically applies to guests without a verified booking history or based on platform limitations. The deposit is collected prior to check-in via a secure payment method (Zelle or Stripe).



Please note: Payments made via Stripe are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of approximately 2.9% + $0.30 (about $14.80 on a $500 deposit). This amount will be deducted from the refund if payment is made by card.





Cleaning Requirements (Long Stays)

For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning may be required to maintain the condition of the property.



The mid-stay cleaning service is $200 and must be scheduled in advance and paid prior to the service date.



Additional cleanings may be requested by the guest or required by the host based on the length of stay, number of guests, or overall condition of the home.
