This charming renovated cottage (2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms) is located on a quiet street, right on the Gordon River, 5 min from downtown Naples. Safe neighborhood mostly with vacation homes. The home is surrounded by nature and has immediate calming effect on visitors. It is a short walk to the GreenWay boardwalk which meanders Florida Mangroves along Gordon River, Naples Zoo & Florida Conservancy and 10 min bike ride to the beach. Simple, light-filled, meticulously cared-for, eclectic cottage like setting, house provides free cable Wi-fi, comfort with large seating area, spacious lanai, ping-pong table, chic and cozy living/dinning space, original art, outdoor shower, dock to lounge, paddle board and all comfort. Feel at home in this amazing property and make the most of your vacation. The street is 5 min ride from restaurants, bars on 5th av for entertainment. We love our place and come here to relax and enjoy the nature, water and beautiful Naples. While this is an original Florida home, it has been completely renovated and all interior is completely redone to reflect the modern living. the furniture is high quality with the tropical feel and while simple if provides comfort and generous space to enjoy. The bathrooms and rooms are filled with light, have french doors and a character of tropical cottage. We have high quality AC unit with UV light imbedded to prevent mold growth; it is remotely operated. You will see plenty of original art mostly created by my father, my brother and friends who stayed in the cottage over the years. We have a wonderful selection of CDs, books, game. There is a TV set.

Dock overseeing Gordon River canal welcomes to relax at sunset or even fish. The lush natures preserve freshness, there is more shade and protection from heat.
