This 1917 Brookside home stands out for its warmth, craftsmanship, and thoughtful details. Original solid oak floors run throughout, paired with solid wood furnishings and quality linens. Each bedroom includes fresh pillows with protective covers, mattress covers, and two full sets of new sheets. Handmade wool rugs add comfort in several rooms, including the master. The office includes a fold‑out twin memory‑foam couch, a refinished artisan desk, and a private ensuite bath with a workout mat and weights. LED lighting and programmable bulbs create customizable ambiance.
The master suite features a 1930s mahogany Chippendale chest, leather chairs, and a Samsung smart TV. The master bath offers heated floors, a rain shower wand, and stocked essentials. The middle bedroom leans feminine, with a mahogany dresser, antique writing desk, and curated 1800s artifacts.
