Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Bachelor/ Bachelorette groups at the home. The people who rent the home are the only ones allowed at the home.
No Fireworks. Must do check out procedures to avoid a min $100 fee. No Glass on dock
Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8 am. You will be asked to leave with out a refund if we have to call more than twice. The fee is $350 first offense
