With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests, there's plenty of room to unwind and make lasting memories.
Take in the stunning views from the covered upper deck, or enjoy meals and lounging on the lower deck, just steps from the water. The private dock is ideal for swimming, fishing, or tying up your boat or jet skis after a day of exploring the lake.
Inside, the home is fully equipped with everything you need - from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable living spaces and a fun, separate bunkhouse setup great for kids or extra guests. Whether you're seeking adventure or just soaking up lake life, Lakeview Landing is your perfect home base - offering space, serenity, and unbeatable lakefront views.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
