Great location and price! Lots of amenities for kids and gas grills close by to accommodate the need for parents to parent without disruption. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice stay! Do not buy any of the discount tickets for activities unless you want to get stuck in the sales center for 2 hours!! Not worth the time we lost from our vacation to save money.

We're a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 teens and an 8 yr old. We've stayed at the Wyndham kings gate property multiple times and wanted to give this resort a try. Overall our stay was great. The unit was very clean and comfortable and met our needs. We did find that we were a little under impressed with the amenities. The only activities they had was the pool (outdoor, and very small indoor), mini golf and very limited games ( connect 4, table soccer, and pool). There were 2 hot tubs that we couldn't get near because they were tiny and stayed full. we booked a 7 day stay so after day 2 we were bored. Also the cable service wasn't great. There was no channel guide showing what movies/shows were playing, just a channel listing. There was no option to login to Netflix or prime so we just used an hdmi cable to hook a laptop to the TV for streaming. The TVs were quite small, around 32 in. Our unit was on the 1st floor so we had a potentially nice outdoor patio seating area but it seems like the guests feed the ducks that are on the property so they're always around pooping and just a little too friendly for our taste. The kitchen was well appointed for the most part, would be nice to have a cake pan or muffin tin with a small hand mixer in case you want to bake (kingsgate had that). The BBQ grills on-site were a big plus. Other than those minor negatives, we had a great time and definitely would stay again.
