The Space:

The Point features 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 4 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds (two sets of bunk beds), comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Six spacious bathrooms with modern fixtures and spa-inspired finishes ensure everyone has plenty of room to unwind.



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and clean Scandinavian design, creating a bright and inviting space for gathering. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances, generous prep space, and everything needed to prepare meals for your entire group.



Step outside to enjoy one of the property's newest highlights-a private pickleball court, complete with paddles and balls provided, making it easy for guests of all skill levels to join in the fun. Guests have full access to the home, patio, pickleball court, fire pit, BBQ area, and private yard. The home offers free on-site parking and an EV charger. It is fully ADA accessible, featuring step-free entry, curbless showers, and wider doorways for added comfort and mobility.
