New home built in 2022. Open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. Four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two have king beds. Bedrooms three and four have queen beds and twin bunk beds. Handcrafted wood table has seating for twelve. Washer/dryer included for your convenience.

This new home is built for vacationing families where kids can play and adults can relax! Backyard includes spacious patio with grill and hot tub which is nestled in a wooded lot. The fully finished garage/rec room is designed to entertain, including garage door opening to the backyard patio and a wet bar. We also have Starlink internet for your streaming needs.

Location minutes from downtown Egg Harbor (4 minutes), Alpine Golf Course (1 minute), Horseshoe Bay Golf Course (4 minutes), and Murphy Park (3 minutes).

This is our second time staying here, the first time was 2022. It’s been perfect for 4 couples since everyone has their own space. The couches could be replaced in the main room, showing wear and hard to get out of.

This house was perfect for our family! We loved that every room has its own bathroom. The location is very convenient to downtown Egg Harbor. The house was spotless and nicely equipped. The hosts were very helpful and even reached out after a thunderstorm to check on us.

Wonderful visit

The house was just as described in the listing. We were unable to enjoy all the property has to offer in warmer weather, we certainly enjoyed a winter wonderland. So much room! Large bedrooms with so many possible sleeping arrangements. Large room/kitchen/eating area than can accommodate a crowd. Communication was great! Easy check in and out.

Absolutely wonderful. The house was everything we were looking for. Loved the privacy of on suite bathrooms. The location is ideal, midway on the peninsula. Hoping we'll find an opportunity to stay again.

Exactly as advertized!

The home was fantastic! Everything that was mentioned about the house was accurate. It was very clean and everything was in working order. It was a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for siblings & spouses to enjoy each other's company! If we ever need a place in Door County again, we would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect Spot

One of the biggest problems I and my group of friends has when booking a property is the lack of beds and bathrooms. Not here. We travelled with 4 couples, no kids, and the collective relief of the group when we all had a full suite to ourselves to return to after traversing Egg Harbor was remarkable. No sharing showers, everyone had their own bed, and the shared living space was perfect.

Relax in a peaceful setting and a cozy home

We enjoyed this home and would definitely go back. Each of the couples had their own bedroom with a bathroom which gave us the privacy we needed. The kitchen was fully equiped so we were able to prepare some meals and eat together on a long farm table. A large TV is mounted above a lovely digital fireplace. There are three sets of comfortable couches forming a U shape which creates a cozy place for everyone to come together to watch TV or just talk and relax.

Newer, well designed spacious home

The photos & description of the home were accurate. It really was clean when we arrived, which is not our experience in many comparable rentals. Kitchen was well appointed; hot tub and patio were very pleasant, looking out on forest & field. The 4 bedrooms & ensuite baths were separated in a way that maximized privacy. Appreciated their provision of 'corn hole' set, which got some use. Thanks for a great experience for us & our friends.

Home away from home

The house was everything it was advertised as. We were there with 3 other couples. Each couple had its own master suite with king bed and full bath. The outdoor area was great with several couch seats. We moved two into the garage on rainy days and were very comfortable. The bags game was used indoors and in garage. The only negative was with 4 couples taking showers we ran out of hot water on one occasion. Also some of the indoor furniture was worn.

Perfect for an extended family

Our extended family spent 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The kids enjoyed nightly dips in the hot tub while the adults played cards and cornhole in the garage. All of the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils we needed. The location was perfect for a round of golf at Alpine, a show at the Northern Sky Theater, and so many wonderful places to eat. We highly recommend staying here!

Great house for a summer Door County getaway!

Great house! We were two families with young children (5, 5, 2, 2), and the house was the perfect layout for our situation. Every bedroom with an en-suite bath, 2 EQUAL master bedroom, bunks for the kids - it was perfect! And the garage with games was also such a nice amenity. Not to mention the very clean and well-appointed hot tub at night for the parents to unwind ;) Everything was clean and worked and we had everything we needed - no complaints, would come back in a heartbeat! The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and provided a very nice welcome gift and guide book, which answered everything else we needed. Great stay all around!

Family 4th of July Trip

We had a party of 11 stay at the property. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped for our extended family. We enjoyed time outside on the patio and used the games in the garage. The location was quiet and pretty and just a short drive to get to the main street in Egg Harbor. It was extremely busy in Door County over the holiday weekend, so we ended up cooking dinner in the house three evenings and also used the grill. Only two small items I would suggest to the owners- the bunkbed in the smaller bedroom is very squeaky and movement in the night would wake up others in the room. Please include soap in the showers.

Beautiful house with a great layout.

This is a beautiful house. We had 3 couples and 3 kids. Having a bathroom in each room was great for multiple families. The open kitchen,dining room, living room plan worked out well with plenty of space for everyone. We also spent some time in the garage playing football, bags and other games. The location is great with several beaches just down the road and egg harbor close by. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyable long weekend

This upscale property met all our needs for comfort and ease of use. Plenty of dishes and seating for all 12 of us. Plenty of seating out back for the whole group as well. All outdoor furniture was covered but when the covers were removed, the surfaces needed sweeping. The biggest overall disappointment was with the hot tub out back. We had some problems making it work properly. The jets worked but the heater wouldn't heat the water beyond 78 degrees. The owners called back when we complained, but the recommended steps didn't resolve this issue. During the call, it was evident that the same problem had been encountered by the previous renter. The house was clean throughout, but mildew on the shower curtains and in the grout was off-putting. We were also disappointed that we had to make up the top bunk beds; something we expected to already have been done. These were small complaints to be sure... the property is modern, comfortable, well-located in Door County and well suited to large groups like ours!

Family get-together for Mom's birthday

Beautiful home and property. Quiet and serene setting with lots of privacy. Close by to many exciting destinations. All the basic amenities and more. Property management was responsive and very helpful. Overall great weekend retreat! I would highly recommend this rental property.
