Beach Essentials: The property includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrellas for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Parking: There are 2 parking spaces available, one in the far-right garage and one in the driveway. Additional street parking may also be available, subject to availability.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a spacious layout designed to accommodate up to ten guests. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and includes a television and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to enjoy the patio or garden area. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.
