Beautiful Stay on Marco Island

This property is in such a great location yet in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Close to many wonderful restaurants and beaches. It's wonderful to sit on the large open lanai and watch the dolphins playing and the boats going by, and of course, the beautiful sunsets. Bev, the host, is very responsive and provides a lot of really good information.

The condo was so cute & spacious!! With a beautiful view of the canal!! Fun to watch all the boats & dolphins!! Condo was fully furnished with towels, beach chairs, everything you need in a kitchen, etc..

Our favorite place on Marco Island.

Weā€™ve been coming to this condo for years. We absolutely love the location. This condo is always clean, well stocked and in perfect view of the wildlife (hourly dolphin sightings, and occasional manatee sightings). We enjoy the dock usage for the rental boat and / or jet skis. Itā€™s always so quiet and peaceful. You wonā€™t be disappointed. Enjoy a lil slice of heaven and book here.

My favorite Marco spot

We always have an excellent stay. My husband and I often rent this unit and are very pleased with the condition, location and ease. This was a girls trip and the unit was stocked as listed and we had no issues. We will definitely be back.

The condo is exactly like the photos on the website. It has a beautiful view and the condominium is located in a quiet and safe area. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It has a very nice beach decoration. It has quite a few shops nearby but our favorite was where we rented bicycles to tour the town. We are definitely coming back.

Just what we were looking forā€¦.

This condo is a great place to get away from it all. The property that this condo is located in is off the beaten path on the old Marco side of the island. It sits right on the canal that flows out into the gulf. The deck is a great place to sit and watch all the boat traffic running in and out. As mentioned in other reviews we saw an amazing amount of saltwater wildlife. The condo itself was exceptionally clean. Very well furnished and stocked with everything you would need to enjoy the island. Tons of cookware, freezer chest for drinks on the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, and even a cart to hold everything while you walk out to the beach. I think Bev has literally thought of everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable. It is an older unit but is so well kept that I will definitely stay here anytime I return to Marco Island.

Excellent relaxing vacation

There were four of us (myself and my wife and my cousin and her husband) on a 4-day vacation to Marco Island and we were all very impressed with the comfortable accommodations and the amenities. More impressive was the view of the river and seeing the natural wildlife, manatees, dolphins, etc. Of course there was a quite a bit of boat traffic where people would occasionally wave to us as they passed by our verandah. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable utensil, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc., the only thing necessary was your own food! As far as the entertainment there were flat screen TVs in the living room and in the master bedroom and access to Netflix and other streaming channels were available. The Wifi was available through out the condo and worked flawlessly. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and vowed to do it again in the near future and I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marco Island and is looking for a unique experience!

Great condo in quiet scenic location

We really enjoyed our stay in Bev's unit. First off, she was very responsive and easy to work with. Her passion for ensuring you have a perfect stay shows through the way she corresponds, her thoroughness, and how well she equips the condo. Virtually everything we could want was in the condo, from a nice selection of basic cooking staples (oils, spices, coffee filters, etc.), appliances in great working order, and even fun things like beach toys and games. The unit is right on the canal and the views are so relaxing. We would eat breakfast on the veranda and the dolphins would regularly swim by as we sat there. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance, and it's a low traffic zone. Beaches are not in walking distance, but we knew that going in, just a 5-10 min ride away. Had a nice stay and would recommend.

A fantastic getaway

This property was fantastic for our group of 4 adults. Communication was superb, guiding us through each step. Unit was clean, light, beachy. There are so many amenities which enhanced our stay, from the balcony view of boats and dolphins passing by, to the ice maker, as well as all the beach paraphernalia on site made available for our use. Walking distance to great restaurants which was wonderful. Loved it all!!

My 2nd visit to Bevā€™s place, & again, it was all that Iā€™d raved about to others after staying here 2 years ago! Easy location, super clean, beautiful view, & every amenity you can imagine. Bev is extremely attentive, & returns texts/calls immediately. Stay here!!

Fantastic home away from home

We loved staying here and absolutely love the property, the owners and the beautiful dolphins that swim by for your enjoyment! It was perfect to have our boat nearby at the docks ready to head out for a fun day of fishing. We couldn't ask for anything - it's all there!!! Can't wait to return
