Absolutely beautiful! Clean, quiet building. Great restaurant/bar on site. Gorgeous beachfront views! Unit was perfect and exactly as described!

Check in was a little cumbersome but not bad. The unit is clean and nice and there’s a view. You should warn guests they are sharing a balcony with both adjacent units. Definitely no privacy. Also should add a disclaimer the beach is so crowded you will be sitting shoulder to shoulder with a thousand other people. It was also annoying to have to traipse through the lobby to get to the beach. Definitely won’t return or recommend. We love Casey Key experience and hoped for the same on Marco.

Beautiful view right on the beach. Sit on the massive deck and watch the sunset or the lightning. Very safe and close to plenty of restaurants. Super quiet. The property manager went above and beyond while keeping good cheer. Oh and covered parking!

Clean Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is well kept. Beautiful sunset right from the balcony. Since we were there at the end of July, we couldn’t take advantage of the balcony because it was extremely hot. Arrival was confusing because not knowing we need a key to get in the lobby; no one opened the door. We got lucky that someone exited. The building is a bit confined. To go out to the pool or beach, need to go to the lobby and down 2 hallways to get outside. The pool water was very warm; not sure if it’s heated or if it’s because it’s so hot outside. 10am checkout seems a bit early since we also need to checkout from Marco Island Vacation Properties. On the Saturday at 7:30am we were woken by maintenance workers (we imagine) making banging noises and talking very loudly right outside the bedroom.

You can't beat 5he location. The condo was perfect with all the amenities for our 4 day stay.

The bathroom was nice with a good sized modern shower. It was nice that we were such a short walk from the beach. The building staff was very nice and the entire building was clean, safe and organized. The laundry room on the floor was clean and easy to use. The host provided new kitchen cleaning items and bathroom items which was a nice touch. Overall a great place to stay for 2 people!

Nov Getaway Just what we Needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a warm getaway! Apollo 202 was great for the the two of us with just enough space. Well stocked and ideal set-up for two. Balcony was fantastic size and large enough for both covered and uncovered space for sitting. We found view of beach very nice. Having the restaurant downstairs made for a helpful addition to the condo property. Would add a couple luggage racks for guests to make luggage management a little easier in the smaller space if possible.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice but small. It is perfect for 2 people. The location is perfect as it's right on the beach, has a very nice restaurant on site and it close to other amazing restaurants like Marco Prime. The only complaint was that the towels all smelled like pot. We requested new towels, which the management group sent right over, but they also smelled strongly of marijuana. We smelled it immediately upon entering the condo and tracked it down to the towels. We did not request another set since doing so did not seem to fix it. We just lived with it.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony had a great view overlooking the ocean. It was small, but the perfect size for our family of 3. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was as described and looked like it had been updated. And overall a decent rental. The deck was large and nice to watch the sunsets on. However the unit had a weird smell that you could notice every time you walked in, only way I can describe it as dirty lake water. You get used to it after a few minutes but thought that was weird. Condo was small and would be fine for just 2 people that didn’t plan on cooking (kitchen was extremely small and had no oven and had the tiniest sink I have ever seen in a kitchen). The key system used for the building itself was outdated as you used real keys and needed them to enter the pool area from the beach and then again 20 feet later to enter the building and then again to use the elevator which seemed a little obsessive which was really a pain when you are lugging things back from the beach. Would have also been if more beach chairs would have been provided since it says it sleeps four but only two beach chairs were provided.
