This house is perfection, I would absolutely stay there again. The host has thought of everything and the house is impeccably clean. The decor is beautiful, we must have said ‘oh my gosh, look at this’ 20 times a day. The location is great, the only negative is that because of the location, you will hear dumpsters being emptied every morning. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.:)

The house is beautiful! It is spacious yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable, the living area and tv set up convenient and the bathrooms and kitchen perfectly stocked. The coffee bar / tea bar was spectacular with so many great options. The location of the house was simply perfect- close to everything downtown and to college campus. We will be back soon!!

Our stay at La Petite Chateau was wonderful. The home has beautiful furnishings and appliances. Many nice places to sit and relax. We had all the utensils in the kitchen for making light meals. We loved the showers. Lots of water output in the shower and easy in and out of the walk-in showers. The beds were very comfortable with soft fluffy pillows and comforter. The house is located right next to the square and easy walking distance. The restaurants around there were delicious. The home was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in through vacation rental organizations. Amy was a wonderful hostess and we highly recommend this home.

The team has literally thought of almost every detail, this property is beautiful and has so many amenities. I normally bring a steamer but forgot one, the property manager said they would run right out, but it was not that important. Pro tip: The restaurant next door is amazing, but they do get nightly (early morning) deliveries that can be disruptive, bring ear plugs or sleep headphones to mask the noise.

We love the Georgetown and Old Town community. You can easily walk to the Square and enjoy the shops, restaurants, farmers market, San Gabriel river and park, live music, walking trails and events. While Georgetown is a fast-growing city, you can't help but feel transported back in time when you take a stroll around the Square. You will be greeted with a warm Welcome everywhere you go.

What makes this property unique

Our property is special in so many ways. It is perfectly located just off The Square with an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We have put many extra details into the home to make it feel luxurious and relaxing. There is a nice courtyard to enjoy outdoor activities. There is one parking spot on site. We offer shopping services to stock the fridge and bar. Bicycle rentals. Need florals or decorations for a special occasion? We would love to help make your stay fabulous with all the details.
