Check in was very easy and the house was very nice and as described. I was surprised there was not a book or something with instructions and local places to go and eat but Justin was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Downtown was a short walk away with lots of downtown charm. I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was well-appointed, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of space for the 5 adults in our party to watch movies in the living area or play games at the dining table. It was too rainy and cool to use the pool, but the covered outdoor kitchen and pool were still inviting nevertheless. Georgetown, as well, made for a lovely destination for our sister trip.

Outdoor set up is awesome great set up for grilling and the pool and cornhole games outside. Plenty of space on the inside as well. Has washer and dryer if you end up needing it. Near grocery stores and restaurants as well and a park for little ones.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was clean inside and had clean linens and plenty of towels. We were able to put together a few great meals for our family in the kitchen. Bathrooms clean, and it will be nice to stay in the summer and having pool access. We didn’t have small children, but there is no safety gate or double lock on door going to back yard. Something to think about with littles. The hidden washer/dryer and overall esthetics of the house were nice!

Our family had an incredible stay at this home in Georgetown. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special.Georgetown is absolutely beautiful. The historic charm, welcoming atmosphere, and family-friendly feel made it a joy to explore. We spent time at one of the best coffee shops we’ve ever been to, 309, and loved walking around town. The Saturday market was a highlight. They shut down the square and it felt like the whole town came out, full of energy and smiles.The location couldn’t be better. It’s about a 7-minute walk to downtown Georgetown, yet still feels peaceful. Being only 35–40 minutes from downtown Austin made it perfect for day trips.The house is ideal for a family. Plenty of space for 4–6 people, clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The pool was great, and the hot tub heats up quickly. The back patio and grill were a huge bonus.Justin was an outstanding host. Always available, kind, and easy to communicate with. He made everything feel simple.We are so grateful for our stay and would absolutely come back.
