La remodelación de lujo del diseñador acaba de estar disponible por primera vez. A solo minutos de la avenida principal, el centro, el Distrito de las Artes y Summerlin es la ubicación perfecta en Las Vegas. La casa está terminada con muebles de alta gama, ropa de cama y toallas. La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar cualquier comida. El área de la piscina al aire libre cuenta con una cabaña para cenar, barbacoa y un bar al aire libre cubierto. Chris was great to work with, replied timely and answered any and all questions asked. Would 100% recommend staying there for anyone who is looking. Loved that there was a garage that we could park our car in and not have to have it sitting on the driveway. Pool worked perfectly.

Just came back from a lovely 2 weeks and I must say the house is lovely so clean on arrival and well stocked with plates, utensils and cooking facilities also a few cold drinks on arrival left in the fridge which were greatly received.Had a great time in the pool which is lovely and as people have mentioned in previous reviews it is on a busy road but it didn’t stop us and I shouldn’t let it put you off.Really convenient to the Strip about 10 mins in a Uber and costs about 8 dollars, also 5 mins away is a big Walmart so you can stock up with essentials.Had a few queries whilst there and the owner Chris was quick to resolve via phone so that’s reassuring also was unfortunate to have a bad storm whilst out there and Chris was very quick in instructing his handyman to clear the pool and outside area for us. Can’t really fault it lovely place and so convenient..I feel we may go back. Enjoy if you go we did!!

Really nice home in a great location!

Really enjoyed our stay. Chris is very responsive and wants you to enjoy your stay. The house is clean and comfortable. The pool is the start of the show. I absolutely LOVE the location. Five minutes from Freemont and ten from the Hard Rock.

If You are looking for a home close to the strip then you’re in luck, however, if you’re looking for a nice home to relax and enjoy the outdoors around the pool you’re not so much and luck. The pictures make it look so serene and inviting . The home is located on a very busy street. And it’s not the homeowners fault construction was going on the entire time into the late hours past 10 PM and early in the morning beginning at 7 AM. The home itself was very nice. The owner provided a number of amenities that helped with our stay. I did feel like the housekeeping fee was a bit steep since we were required to wash the towels and any dishes that were present as well as take out garbage. We also needed to purchase a propane tank for the grill which was empty and there was no propane for the outdoor heater as it was empty. I was reimbursed for the propane tank but still was a great inconvenience when you’re trying to make something only to realize the facilities were not stocked properly by housekeeping . All of the rules and regulations might be common to each home being rented but my experience in other rentals has not been that way as I was taken aback by the fees if tasks were not completed. I also would have appreciated having the information about my duties and the requirements for our stay prior having signed everything only to receive it a couple of days before arrival. Our family is a very clean and respectful group, I realize that not every group is the same, but having this information prior to as we were booking may have swayed my decision to spend that kind of money on a rental home . Chris who managed our stay was very helpful when we needed something . Just a few items to become more transparent and expectations on the owners part would have been helpful and made our stay more comfortable knowing this before we got there . I will ask more questions about requirements if and when I ever book another home with HomeAway.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at this home. It was conveniently located just a mile or so from the strip and the owner Chris was a pleasure to do business with. The house provided a modern yet oh so comfortable environment and was cleaned immaculately before our arrival. Most rental properties offer towels, wash clothes, paper towels, etc. but this owner went the extra mile and even supplied sodas, water, toothbrushes, soap, etc. Would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Lovely House

The house was clean and nicely furnished. It's hard to find homes in vegas that are not "bachelor pads" and this place was the perfect escape from that type of place. the kitchen was well organized, the pool would have been great but it was a little too cold for this. the rooms and bathrooms were lovely. Some things to note: The rooms don't have outlets very close to the beds, so if you wnt to charge your phone, either do it away from the bed or bring a extension cord. I am a firm believer in minimal snacks in the house upon arrival- almost always planes arrive late and knowing where to grab food late at night is hard, so a small snack (even an apple is nice) they did have some K-cups waiting which was very nice the first morning. That's really it. the house was truly a 4.95 out of 5 stars.

Comfortable and Great Location

Enjoyed this house very much. Lots of seating both indoors and out. Kitchen well equipped and great layout for entertaining. Pool table was a fun activity for all. Swimming pool was very nice & warm. Close to the strip for evening fun. Will definitely rent again!

Very well equipped beautiful house!

I stayed here with my in laws to go to Grand canyon. It was a very clean and equipped house with everything you need. Tons of towels, utensils, blankets and even an air mattress. Lovely interior and very clean. Very close to the strip. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back when we visit Las Vegas!

Truly A 5 Star Property Minutes From The Strip!!!

The pictures truly don't do this property justice. Chris's home is exactly as described if not better. Communication was great and this property has everything you can think of for a long or short stay. Small touches such as toothpaste & tooth brushes if you forget your own and plenty of towels really stand out compared to some other vacation homes that I've stayed in that felt bare and minimal. The amenities of this property rival any hotel suite on the strip at a fraction of the cost. It's a pleasant escape from the hustle & bustle of the strip yet close enough to back within the action within minutes. You truly see the pride in ownership with this property. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.
