Awesome stay

Great location. Just wish keys could be at the site, and left at the site, with no car. Could use some utensils like barbecue tools, and spatula. Unit was great. Floors seemed to need mopping, but looked clean.

Love Key West

Great location, can walk to everything. Unit perfect for two people. My only complaint (which can’t be helped) is you can’t enjoy the back deck because of all the noise from all the air conditioners.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay at ANOTHER THREE HOUR TOUR! The back porch was lovely, the condo was CLEAN, and we had all the amenities that we could have imagined. Location was perfect! We would love to come back again! Michelle with the realty company was available at all times and was willing to help us with anything that we needed. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Key West

I visited with my adult sons. The location is quiet, and near Fort Zachary Taylor Park/Beach in one direction, close to Duval in the other direction. The outside patio was comfortable, and where we spent the most time when we were not wandering around. The kitchen and accomodations were great. The pool area was very nice.

Reunited

My daughter was reuniting with 3 kids after military deployment for a family vacation with her parents, me, all was good except the roof repairs everyday we had to navigate trucks, workers or materials outside our front door . Not safe and detracted from vacation. We should be compensated for this extreme event. Door lock battery needed replacing was handled right away videos to compasd

Truman Annex Condo 153

Location was excellent. Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable and extra linens were provided. All necessary kitchen tools and appliances were available. The TVs did not work during the weekend but were repaired quickly as soon as reported at the first of the week. The icemaker in the fridge did not work during the rental period. The furniture thought stylish was not comfortable. I would recommend the condo and the Compass Rental was excellent to work with.

Description said 2 parking places but they are very strict on only one Great location. Walking distance to all old Town has to offer. Pool was nice. Very quiet community. Overall very satisfied. Only thing I can say was not up to expectation was the cleanliness of the condo. At first it appeared clean, but it was obvious that the floors do not get mopped. Walking around inside barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. We thought about asking for that to be done, but decided we didn't want to complain. Made the best if it and kept our shoes on unless asleep or in the shower!

However, we were had an issue with 1 set of keys not working and property management was not helpful in solving the issue. Since there was 4 of us, two 16 and 20, this made coordination frustrating. In addition, 1 bedroom fan did not work. Lastly the cooking amenities were lacking, e.g. no spatula, large fry pan, garlic press, can opener. We needed some basic supplies for cooking and they did not exist.

Sorry to hear this Christopher! Unfortunately if you don't give us a call to try and remedy issues we don't get the chance to make things perfect for you and the next guest. As far as the AC, it works very different down here on the island due to the high temps and humidity. The units freeze up quickly so we try to make sure you are not with out AC during your stay. On the plus side we have been able to remedy all issues since your review.

Perfect Vacation

The place was a perfect location and it had everything we needed for my husband and two girls. It was very clean and a nice a quite spot. We were right down the road to Duval street which has food and shops and lots of activity. We were also so close to the Zachary Taylor Beach. We had a fantastic time would go back to this same spot in a heartbeat!

Loved the location.

We love staying in Truman Annex. The location is so convenient to everything in Key West. The condo was clean and a perfect size for my wife and I. I would highly suggest staying to anyone who comes to Key West.

Beds were terrible needs updated beds!! Furniture needed to be updated, not comfortable. Check in process was poor. Need to have golf cart to take guests to there condo. Walking 1/4 mile with luggage was unexceptable.

Thanks for the feedback Amy. The beds have been replaced. We strive to make the check in process as easy as we can at Compass Realty, sorry to hear that you found it difficult. We always recommend having your taxi wait for you after getting your keys so they can bring you straight to your unit with your luggage. Many guests though welcome the walk after a day of travel. We could never arrange to get everyone to their unit via golf cart when we have over 130 units we manage here in the Truman Annex. We hope to see you on the island in the future.

Washer dryer, hair dryer. Bring some shampoo/toiletries. The kitchen was fully equipped. Super nice to be able to sit on the back porch in the morning and drink coffee. Close to Duval, a great little park, and walking distance to a beach. There’s a bike rental shop two blocks away and 2 blocks from Green Parrot. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was very nice.

I carry a iPad with Direct TV software that only works on a HD tv. This is the first time I have ever encountered a TV with low resolution that would not allow my iPad to use the Direct TV software. The wi-fi band width was so slow two people could not be on it at the same time. The condo is beautifully furnished with a great location. The owner need to take care of the previously mentioned issues if I'm to come back next year.
