PLEASE NOTE:
Verandah is an exclusive, secure community with an HOA application process to be completed 30 days in advance. so please plan accordingly. There is an application form that must be completed with the HOA and an application fee that is paid directly (this has not been included in your booking fees). They also require a background check.
This property is in a gated community and they require an application form, and an application fee submitted 20 days in advance of your proposed check-in date. We will provide you with a the lease agreement and any further instructions. The application fee is paid directly to the community association via an online process. There is also a background check for each adult listed on the lease. This process must be completed asap in order to 100% confirm your booking as the community will not allow access without approval. Minimum booking age is 30. The primary renter must be present for the booking. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises. This home is a private residential community and we ask that you respect the neighbors and community. Please keep noise down before 8am & after 10pm. No pets allowed. We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. Please read through the house manual provided at the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests. Finally, please feel at home and enjoy the space and all that Southwest Florida has to offer!
