The 3 bedroom apartment has all the conveniences of home and overlooks a beautiful pool and ocean views of Coco Beach in the Playa Grande luxury resort.

The Playa Grande Resort is a 60 unit development on Coco Beach which offers high-end furnished apartments. The spacious 180 M2 (1800 sq ft) apartment is located on the third and last PENTHOUSE floor. Within minutes you can visit local beaches and towns and, in particular, the famous Barra de Navidad fishing village and the Grand Bay resort with its golf courses and Marina. The resort includes two tennis courts and barbecues are available around the grounds and in the roof-top Palapas. Because of the strong ocean currents which are often characteristic of Coco Beach, there are three cascading swimming pools covering 1/3 of an acre as a safe alternative for families with children. There is a pool bar right below a water fountain where guests can order fresh drinks, coffee and casual dining (Open from November - April). Internet access is free within the apartment and a Fitness Center and small grocery store are in the condo development near the main lobby.

This is a security development with a guard at main entrance. There is plenty of parking on site. The host is not living in Mexico, but the resort staff is friendly and helpful. This is a quiet, safe and very authentic part of Mexico in the region of Jalisco. It is recommended that guests rent a car at the airport or online before arriving. Taxi service can also be used and quite convenient as well as reserving personal drivers for your stay. The front desk is not staffed all year, as this is not a resort/hotel with guest or valet services. The keys to our unit E33 will be provided to you upon arrival. For this reason you must let the host know when, approximately, you plan to arrive. If you arrive very late, you will pick up the keys at the guard gate in front.
Check in should be before 5:30pm, however, let the host know if you are arriving later.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with starter soap and shampoo kits and bath and beach towels. There is a washing machine and dryer and ironing board for your use, but please buy laundry detergent, coffee and your basic supplies and groceries before arriving or at the small store available in the resort and open during the months of November to April .
