Renovated Broad Ripple home - on a quiet street step from the action! Fully dedicated rental with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, hotel quality linens, stocked kitchen, front and back outdoor spaces including fire pits. Toss bags in back or sit in the handmade Adirondack chairs in front. Enjoy cozy living room for drinks or game room for foosball. Two foldout couches convert to full queen beds. 2-minute walk to Monon, < 1/2 mile to all of Broad Ripple - make this your home base! (not a party house!)



The Neighborhood:

Broad Ripple Village is home to some amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the Monon Trail, new Broad Ripple Family center and an amazing park. All just steps from your door



Getting Around:

Driveway and stree parking available. This is an incredibly walkable area so you will likely park and walk everywhere. Easy access to Butler (8 minutes) downtown (16 minutes) Carmel (16 minutes), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (20 minutes) and just under 30 minutes from the airport.



Other Things to Note:

This house is intended to be a "home away from home" and is located on a quiet residential street, so we please ask that you be respectful of the neighbors (they are great - so treat like you would at home) particularly the quiet hours (10pm Sun-Thur, midnight Fri/Sat) - and especially when coming home from an evening at Broad Ripple!
